Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Important - We have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Family holiday visit. What a nice surprise to find holiday decor in the unit. Perfectly appointed condo with all the amenities one could ask for…a cook’s kitchen, substantial linens. Definitely a find 👍

Sean communicates so fast and clearly. This is an amazing find with ocean view and centrally located to great restaurants, bars and the beach. We were on a business trip and this unit was a homerun. It was so good we extended an additional night. Felt more like a vacation, not work

The condo was wonderful. It was so spacious and clean. We had everything we could possibly have wanted. Great balcony with a view of such an amazing beach. Communication with Sean was flawless. He immediately got back to us on all of our questions. Overall, great experience.

We absolutely loved staying on K street and the available off street parking. The house is very up to date clean the check in process is easy and the house is well supplied with linens. We highly highly recommend !
