Our family is spread out between Canada and the U.S. This was the perfect property for our group of 9. The location was amazing. We walked to the beach three times a day. It was our home away from home and very cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this for family and friends.

Very nice well kept property. The only thing was the quilts and blankets covering some of the beds needed to be washed. We would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures are exactly how we found the house to be. We have rented many properties over the years and this house would be rated on top of our list. It was stocked with all supplies (paper towels, detergent, dishwasher soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags) that you usually need to supply.
The location was perfect for our fall vacation. We truly enjoyed the beauty of Maine. We even drove to Acadia National Park! The beach is a short walk from the house. The girls even fit in a stop at the close outlet mall in Kittery!
We would definitely recommend renting this property.

We had a really great time staying at this beautiful home. It was clean and set up perfectly for a large group of people. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds were comfy. Plenty of towels and linens and many amenities. We will look at staying here again in the future.

This rental property was beautiful! So clean, so spacious, so home-like and so uplifting. The colors of the rooms and how all the pictures and details coordinated with eachother was so inviting. The house was perfect for our girls weekend. We all had the privacy we needed. It was close to the little shops and the beach. There was not one negative experience! We got to meet the owner of the property and he was so incredibly welcoming and nice. There was a very bad storm that knocked out the power when we arrived and we chatted back and forth until everything was back in order. He was very responsive and very interested in our comfort at the house. I'd love to rent this for my family someday! We absolutely loved this property!

This was our third time staying in this house. We had a full house - 11 of us, 6 kids. We had no problems fitting in the house. The house was very comfortable and clean. It’s also stocked with everything you could need for the beach which is a 5 min walk away. We had a a great time!

Our family was so impressed with the layout of the townhouse. Everyone had their own space. The amenities were just as described, the kitchen and laundry room were organized and everything was in pristine condition. The walk to downtown York and beach was 5 minutes away, the beach chairs and cart made it easy to transport everything down to the ocean.

We had 11 people stay for 1 week, the house was very clean, bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, ping pong table in garage was great for rainy days as well as large dining table for dinners and playing games. Short walk to the beach and downtown area with shopping, restaurants etc.. Overall we had a great stay. Pam & Mike are wonderful hosts.

Our whole family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our week at 52A. The house was clean(like new). the kitchen was well stocked, beds very comfortable. Plenty of beach towels, regular towels. Enjoyed the new Bar-B-Q and the Grandkids loved the ping pong table. All of us loved the Wells Go carts and Mini Golf. Parking was very adequate. Nice to be only 1/4 mile from the beach, Funarama, York Zoo, Shops and great Restaurants nearby. Great to meet the owner Mike, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone.

This was the second time we stayed in this rental house. It is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to The Goldenrod, Short Sands beach, and a ton of neat shops. The beds were very comfortable and everyone was happy to have their own tvs in their rooms. Even the backyard was cute and had a nice big table and propane grill and picnic table. The ping pong table was also fun. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and laundry room too. This host has thought of everything, including beach chairs and towels too.

We came to York Maine to enjoy some time with great friends. This is the second time I have stayed here and it did not disappoint. The property is clean, organized and just a super relaxing atmosphere. I will stay again, we love York.

This place is perfectly located and has everything you could possibly need for your stay! We have six adult children and an in-law that we gather with. They all throughly enjoyed it. Plenty of room to spread out. The owners have literally thought of everything to make your stay amazing. Kitchen is fully stocked and they don’t skimp on any supplies unlike some of the other places we have stayed at. Can’t say enough good things about this place. You will not be disappointed. I wish they had a property in every state because we would seriously use every one of their houses during our travels

8 adult family members got together to celebrate New Years 2023. The house was beautiful, immaculate and everything we needed was available. The house is decorated gorgeously and the beds are all so comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach to get some morning exercises. We used the fire pit and the grill was available for grilled pizzas. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation home. Every bedroom is super spacious!!

We came to Maine for the Christmas Prelude in Kennebunkport and this property satisfied all of our needs. It was very well equipted, very comfortable and inviting. We loved the beautiful home, neighborhood, ppl and the area. We had plenty of room for our group even though we had a couple who didnt get to make it.
We can't wait to come back. Hopefully the next time will be a little warmer. But the fall and the brilliant fall colors along with the ocean and beach was breath taking. Loved watching the ppl suiting up and going surfing. The only thing we had an issue with was when we went to wash our clothes. Was the fact the front loading washer had alot of mold all around the seal and where you put the laundry soap in. Which i did take photos of. We decided not to take a lot of clothes with us because we knew we would be able to wash our clothing. So my family opted out of doing our laundry because of the mold and we just went and bought more clothing. Which ended up being an expense we were not counting on for 8 ppl and brought our dirty laundry home to do. We did wash the towels as asked. The mold in the washer was our only major issue. The only other thing is i would recommend having someone to come in to clean the orange sofa it has very noticeable stains on it. We definitely would still rent the home again on a future visit and bringing more clothing with us next time. Other then Colorado, York, Maine is my new favorite place to go visit. I will recommend this home to others.

We had a lovely time and everything we needed was there at the house. Whenever we had a question I could call or text the host and he responded right away. It may be a bit old fashioned, but we did wish that we could have met our host.

This was a perfect space for our extended family's vacation. Clean, lovely, spacious large areas. Well-suited for family gatherings. Open concept kitchen/living room/dining area is especially welcoming for families/groups who wish to spend time together. The large bedrooms easily accommodate individual family/group sleeping arrangements. Good space for groups with children as the roomy interior allows for play space throughout and the large backyard is fun for running around and games. Kitchen is very well-equipped. The parking for multiple cars is especially appreciated. Location was within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Hosts were friendly and most welcoming. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would definitely rent this property again.

Just spent the weekend for a Wedding. This property was perfect. It is a 5-minute walk to downtown York. The house is so neat and clean, it has everything you need. There is plenty of parking.
