Nestled in Surfside Beach, this attractive house for $760 per night is a great option for your next trip. This is a Beachfront home located in Surfside Beach, The home has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeps 19 people Perfect for family reunions, weddings, or large gatherings. * Minimum age to rent is 25 years old * Request Fri-Fri - 7 night min stay during Peak Season (June - July). The Beach House is designed with big families or large groups in mind with very nice finishes. Pirate’s Treasure has granite countertops thought. The house is built with 10’ high ceilings throughout with a cathedral ceiling in the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen is designed with entertaining in mind and has plenty of room, stainless steel appliances, and large French door refrigerator with 2 ice makers, lots of counter space and a large 9’ granite island that seats 5 people. Big, fully stocked kitchen with cookware, flatware, dishes, utensils, etc. Dishwasher, Stove with Oven and Glass Cooktop, Microwave, 1 large Refrigerator, 2 small refrigerator and small freezer, Keurig Coffee Brewer, Blender, Toaster Oven The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room area so you can still be part of the group while you cooking a meal. The living room has a large 70' Samsung Smart flat screen TV, AppleTV, Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo with iPod Dock. There is lots of Seating with 3 extra-large leather couches. We have an Outdoor Kitchen with a 5 burner large gas grill. There is a large 12’x42’ covered porch to stay out of the sun and a 22'x42' uncovered deck great for parties and get togethers. Picnic Table and Adirondack Chairs on the Deck This outside deck area you can really enjoy the fantastic views and hear the waves on the beach. We have plenty of parking both on the concrete under the house and in the large driveway for 10 cars. Trash Pickup Twice Weekly. Board Games, Puzzles, Cards, etc. Fees and Rental Conditions: • Cleaning and Linen Fee $250 + tax • Pet Fee$150 + tax (2 pets $200) • Property Damage Protection $59 + $300 refundable deposit • Tax Rate10%

This house was exactly what our family was looking for. Amazing views of the beach, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy, and a fully-stocked kitchen for cooking great meals. The owner was very easy to work with and genuinely wanted to do whatever needed to make sure we had a great stay. We certainly did. I would recommend this property to any large family looking for a house where they can enjoy all that Surfside has to offer.

Everyone really enjoyed this house for my husbands 50th bday celebration! Plenty of space and amenities! Very comfortable. Location was perfect, large deck overlooking the beautiful water was amazing. Great time of the year to visit. We will be back for sure!!

Comfortable house and very well supplied. Large deck with plenty of chairs for a big group. The beach toys and two wheelbarrows made a big difference in our beach fun. Amazing supply of utensils and cookware. Spacious kitchen island with seating and numerous refrigerators.

Our group of friends and family (7adults / 10 kids) have made 19 annual fall beach trips, and, no exaggeration, this is hands-down the best property we've stayed at. I almost hate to submit a review because I want to keep the secret for myself. Your older and younger travelers will appreciate the incredibly short/simple walk to the beach, and parents will love hanging out on the deck while keeping an eye on the kids at the beach. We've never stayed at a property with such a well-stocked kitchen and other amenities such as beach toys, shovels, wagons, chairs, and soooooo many refiigerators. Plenty of comfortable beds for the entire crew, and really thoughtful/unique design features throughout. Ross, the host, was exceptionally easy to work with and communicate with, and our group will absolutely rebook this property. As with any beachfront property, you can expect certain times of the year to have some thick mosquitos, so be prepared for that possibility. If you have someone in your group with mobility issues, be advised you have to navigate stairs to enter the home.

Loved every thing about this beach house! Very spacious and homey. Gorgeous views and the proximity to the beach you just can’t beat! The house had everything we could need and we truly enjoyed our time. Hope to be back again listening to the waves on the massive deck soon!

Absolutely loved this Surfside home! Plenty of room for 6 couples and some little ones. Like others have said, Ross does an amazing job of keeping the place stocked with everything you could need. The only note I’d say is to make sure you bring your own body wash / hair products as that’s not stocked. Not a huge issue, but good to know!

Everything was exactly as described and more. Host did a great job and communicated well. Check in and check out was very simple. TONS of extras for the kids and for the days at the beach! Would do this house/trip again and again!

We love Pirates Treasure and have stayed here for many years. The house is spacious and great for multi generational families. The open kitchen and long bar are great! Extra fridge on the porch and wine fridge inside come in handy. Lots of beach toys for the kids at the house. The owner is super responsive and quick to help with any questions or issues. We will be back!

Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was provided…tons of dishes, pots & pans, utensils, muffin tins, cake pan, cookie sheets, baking dishes, crockpot, wok, blender, hand mixer, griddle, sharp knives, 5-gallon water cooler, two coffee makers! More than enough seating! The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the additional big living room upstairs was perfect for movie night for the kids…complete with the popcorn machine! The deck was my absolute favorite! Huge, plenty of chairs, beautiful fire pit, BBQ, hammock, and part of it was always shaded! There is even a little yard that our dogs loved, and the path to the beach was well maintained and lit! He has lots of beach toys and plenty of chairs, and two huge wagons to haul everything! I just can’t say enough about this home! Ross is an excellent host and we were so happy to meet him! Looking forward to next year!!

My family and I have suffered a great loss in the family Christmas last year and needed to spend Christmas somewhere different. We enjoyed this beachouse tremendously lots of room for everyone. It was clean and rooms were really nice and spacious and comfortable with ceiling fans or heaters and box fans, and cable tv in almost every room. There was plenty of seating to eat or just hang out. The outside deck had a gorgeous view with lots if seating and a fireplace and outdoor kitchen! We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent this home again!!

Every year we have been coming to Surfside around my birthday to celebrate at the beach. But this year we found Ross’ house and it was soooo awesome! Myself, husband, parents, and friends stayed.
The house is stocked with everything you need from beach chairs, beach toys, kitchen supplies (so many), linens, and more. Ross was very easy to communicate with and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The house is extremely roomy and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio space. Another bonus is the fridge space. One fridge/freezer inside, wine fridge inside, one fridge/freezer outside, and ANOTHER fridge outside.
We were extremely pleased with the cleanup instructions as many rental homes require multiple steps before you check out when you are already paying a cleaning fee! Ross only had 4 steps for us to complete before checkout!
Another great feature was being directly on the beach, which made transporting coolers and tents super easy. We are already going to book for next year because this is the best and nicest place we’ve stayed yet!! Thank you Ross and can’t wait to come back next year!

Absolutely the BEST beach house we have ever stayed at. Everything is there from the time you pull in. Ross has EVERYTHING. We read reviews before we went and thought if this house was only have as good as the reviews it would be great. We were wrong, it was twice as good as previous reviews. You will not find a better house on the beach. We had 18 of us, kids thru older adults. We all were AMAZED. I'm not going to go room by room because they were all unbelievable. Ross has everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. This house will be nicer than most of yours. See For Yourself
