Breathtaking Ocean Front Bluffs Home in Pacific Palisades
About this house rental
Nestled in Pacific Palisades, this charming house for $1,270 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. My father built this house in the late 40's, a beautiful Williamsburg Colonial, that has been fully renovated with 180 degree views of the ocean from almost every room. Fire pit and grill with heated lounge seating on the patio is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset or have an unforgettable dining experience. Plenty of eating spaces with views of the ocean and a beautiful bar and lounge area with a 65 inch TV screen for movies, sporting events or a romantic evening by the fire. Behind the main house is our Game Room which sleeps 4. Pool table, ping pong table, TV, private patio with bistro lights, perfect for additional guests looking for a little privacy, or just another spot to relax and enjoy. While we state that we sleep 8 people in 4 king beds. We have two pullout out queen sofas on the property that sleep an additional 4 if you need it. Lastly, please, THIS IS A QUIET RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO THROW A LOUD PARTY DO NOT BOOK OUR HOME. We are not an event location. This is a magical home we to share with those who will treat it like their own. Thank you!

The home was the perfect setting and location for our family gathering. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and cooking meals in the kitchen. King beds a bonus. Geno was quick to respond and accommodating for a couple of issues during our stay. House needs some TLC and cleanliness.

Some friends and I came to have a low-key NYE, and enjoyed every moment. Geno greeted us with open arms and the place met our every expectation. Hope to visit again soon!

Lovely old home on bluff with gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean! So much to do there that you do not need to leave. Could use some updating inside. But we were very comfortable. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed except the groceries, which was appreciated.

8 members of our family just spent 5 wonderful days at Geno's house celebrating Thanksgiving. It was very comfortable (room for everyone), fun (we played plenty of ping pong and pool), and beautiful (amazing sunset over the beach, which is an 8 min drive away) place to stay. Thanks Geno!

Six of us rented the house over a weekend for a grad school reunion. It was fantastic! The house had everything we needed, and the location was perfect...we could hear the ocean waves, and it was only a 15 min walk to great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful setting! We loved everything about the property. Geno was a wonderful host and very attentive. Mornings in the front yard were the best. We used the grill the last night and had our dinner in the backyard under the bistro lights.

We love our stay here! Gino was wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions we had leading up to our trip. House location is fantastic, beautiful views, comfy beds and lots of fun amenities - pool table, ping pong table and golf green. We'd definitely stay here again.

We loved the location with its breathtaking views. It was the perfect spot for our family reunion given it is just around the corner from our son and his family, who live in the neighborhood. We do think the house needs some love and attention. New bedding and towels would be a nice improvement as well as attention to broken floorboards (exposed area in master closet). The house is a gem in an amazing location. It just needs some love!

A great experience! Geno was very responsive and met us in person upon check-in. Our family in California could not believe we were able to find this perfect little gem. When we were not on the beach, we were enjoying the properties beautiful outdoor area complete with small fireplace, shade, lighting, a breeze, and an unmatched view of the Pacific. Kitchen was nicely equipped and the two large picture windows in the front permitted you to enjoy the view indoors. There is a lot of foot traffic and cars turning around in driveway, but it wasn't overly distracting just speaks to the demand of the view you have from this property!

This house has unbeatable views of the ocean. We loved hanging out on the patio and watching the sunset. There are several excellent local coffee shops within walking distance. We had three couples staying in the house and the fact that each bedroom has a king bed was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect spot for oceanfront views in Pacific Palisades. Just a few minutes to Santa Monica Pier. Geno was awesome greeting us and making sure we were all set for a great time. Will definitely return!

Family stay
Highly recommend and would return. House is as shown in pictures. We lived on the patio in the front of the house, made full use of the kitchen, watched movies in the living room and slept very comfortably with the windows open and a strong breeze. You can drive to beach in about 7 minutes and park in the street (no need to pay for the parking lot). The house is in a high foot traffic area-we enjoyed watching the many different people walking by. There is a cottage at the back that is also for rent; the people staying were separate from our group but the only shared space is the drive way and the washer/dryer. It worked out great.

Loved the property. The views are beautiful and I loved sitting outside in the morning with my coffee. Beds were super comfy and large. Loved watching everyone walk their dogs along the cliff. Neighbor was nice too. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous house and property
Geno was so easy to work with and the house was clean and welcoming. We were expecting a spectacular view but it was even better than we expected. Enjoyed sitting outside and having putting contests on the putting green. Can't wait to go back!
