Bright and beachy 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath (plus outdoor shower) single family home just a brisk 5 minute walk to the beach! This handicap accessible property features an indoor front porch and 2 large decks - perfect for morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. This house is clean, nicely decorated and offers all of the conveniences of home. Rear driveway parking is available for 2 cars plus street parking. Walk across the street for easy access to the playground and tennis/basketball courts. Conveniently located close to several restaurants, Wawa, Acme, ice cream store and a bike rental shop. Just a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. This lovely single family beach house provides: -fully equipped kitchen, dining area, family room with gas fireplace, 2.5 baths, and 4 spacious bedrooms: -bedroom 1 has a full bed, -bedroom 2 has a queen bed, -bedroom 3 has a queen bed and twin bed, -bedroom 4 has a king bed Enjoy 4 complimentary beach tags. We have cable TV and WiFi, modern washer/dryer, split system air conditioner & heater, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, gas range/oven, microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, etc. There is a private outside shower and a detached shed that contains complimentary use of our beach chairs, beach buggy, and beach toys for the kids. We provide plenty of beach and bath towels. Linens can be provided at the renter’s request. We do not rent to school, prom, or senior week groups - No Exceptions

I should begin by noting this was the cleanest rental we've ever had the privilege of staying in. We really felt like we walked into a home that is professionally maintained (which sadly, isn't the case with every rental). Additionally, the owner was great at communicating and when we had a minor issue, she resolved it immediately. It's clear the owners take pride in their home.
Everything about the ad for this property is accurate. It's very convenient to the beach and the owners provide everything you need (boogie boards, umbrellas, carts, toys). Perfect for a family with kids. You do have to drive to the Boardwalk, but that should be obvious when you rent a place in the 30s. Highly recommend this place!

This was a wonderful house for a family beach vacation! Great location , so close to the beach. The house was spacious and cozy. The host was available and responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again abs recommend to others!

We had a nice stay and would recommend. The house was great for us and kid friendly in general- not a lot of breakables and glass which we wanted with a toddler. We enjoyed eating dinner on the patio at night- very relaxing up there. Great and easy communication with the owner, Lauren, before our stay and during- she sent the pin code to the house that AM as discussed and even checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. Her responses to all messages were quick and thorough. The location was amazing- lots near by to walk to: breakfast, beach, park, dinner, ice cream. We went to the 34th park almost every day! My son loved it there.
Overall- we had a good experience and would recommend this place! Great for families.

Great family vacation spot
The trip was wonderful. The house was well maintained, clean, and nicely located a short walk to the beach. The property managers were responsive at all stages of the booking process and during our stay. We would highly recommend this house and consider staying it again in the future.

OCNJ with extended family
We rented this and another house on West for 2 families. The 4 grandchildren only see each other 2-3 times a year and this was perfect! We love this area because it is near the playground, Wawa, Acme, Hoy's, Dot's, ice cream, and a bit quieter than near the boardwalk.

Wonderful Property, Great Location
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Lauren was extremely accomodating, easy to work with, and a great communicator. The house is a perfect location, short walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants for quick trips if needed. The house was very clean, had plenty of room for 5 of us, and plenty of places to park. We found the park across the street as a great place to end the day after visiting the ice cream parlor on the same block. Overall I would highly recommend this property as a great place for families to enjoy OCNJ.

Comfortable Cottage and great location!
Our family had a great week staying at this cottage. There was room for our family of five (all > 15), plus room for kids to each have a friend visit. All conveniences provided, including beach chairs, towels, linens and more. There is even a charcoal grill provided if needed (we did not need). Outside shower is a must for our family and was perfect! Sunroom in front is perfect to sit and relax in the morning and evening. Two decks provide additional space. Walk to beach easy and close, as well as wawa, acme and many other stores. We would definitely return for another stay! Owner Lauren was great and very responsive.

Ocean City NJ single family home close to everything
Despite Covid19 restrictions in NJ, we had a wonderful week at this rental! House was exactly as advertised/pictured and afforded lots of room for our family of four plus an aunt to enjoy both family time as well as solitude. We got lots of use from the two decks and enclosed porch. Everyone had their own air-conditioned bedroom supplied with plenty of linens. Two showers and three toilets meant no waiting for someone to get out of the bathroom. Well supplied kitchen allowed us to make our own meals and picnics for the beach. The only thing we missed was an outdoor grill. Plenty of restaurants around for when we didn't want to cook. And ice cream shops in walking distance for dessert. The backpack chairs for the beach were awesome- we plan on buying our own now! Loved the outdoor shower and hose to rinse off after fun in the sun. We chose to drive to the beach near the bathrooms ...it had a rubber mat to walk out on, which worked great for our person with mobility issues. There were no rocks or seaweed in the water so the kids enjoyed boogie boarding on the waves. We hadn't been to Ocean City before but will definitely be back. Felt like a family friendly, safe town with lots to do like mini golf, the boardwalk and shopping on Asbury Street.

Great Location & Ideal Set-up for Families
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home near 34th Street. I really liked it because its a single home so no worries about guests below or above you. It felt like our own private getaway without any nosy or loud neighbors. My first impression when I walked in was how incredibly clean the house was - it even smelled super clean. I also really like the style of the interior of the home - clean lines, modern feel but very cozy too. The setup worked great for me, my husband and two teenage boys. There are two outdoor decks off of the upstairs' bedrooms so my husband and I had some quiet time on our big deck (so peaceful out there) and my boys (and one or two of their friends) hung on their own front deck (looking out over the action on West Avenue). I found the beds to be very comfortable and plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets. There is also enough space to hang out in separate areas in the house. The enclosed front porch was my go to early morning coffee spot with my book. This area actually cools down nicely if you open the windows and turn on the fan. I LOVED IT. There is a huge long table in the kitchen that was great for meals and for game night. I was also excited about all the extra beach gear in the shed - chairs, a bike, and such. The master suite bedroom on the first floor is HUGE with its own private bathroom. This room is especially nice I would think for grandparents joining a younger family (no steps and handicapped accessible shower). My boys took full advantage of the park literally steps away - basketball courts, tennis court and playground. The beach is an easy 3 blocks away and the 36th street beach wasn't very crowded either. I like this location because areas closer to the boardwalk (like down towards 20th) are just too congested for our family. I highly recommend renting bikes for the week from the garden market place on 34th street - super cheap & you do not have to reserve ahead of time. My husband and I biked to Sea Isle and back twice. It was a beautiful ride through OC, Strathmere (over the long pedestrian/bike friendly bridges) and into Sea Isle. It was a fun week and I would definitely rent again. The owner was SUPER responsive to any questions I had, check in was easy and we had no issues with the home during our visit. I also did my research prior to booking and this was good deal monetary wise as compared to other homes. Reasonably priced for sure! ENJOY!

Very nice house in great location. Host was very responsive whenever needed. One minute walk from Wawa, and right around corner from acme and CVS. Also one block from ice cream and very nice park for toddlers/kids. Both upstairs bedrooms has private balcony, although no outdoor patio on first floor. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent family vacation rental.
Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. All the past reviews are perfectly accurate. Great layout for our family of six. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. AC worked great even for the 99 degree days. Convenient parking in the driveway for two cars and plenty of additional spots out front. Location to beach is a short couple of blocks. Perfect location for kids to walk to get ice cream or get custom donuts at fractured prune. 5&10 store and grocery store are within walking distance. West Ave has a wide bike path to allow for bike riding to the boardwalk. Owners are very attentive for any questions. We would definitely rent this property again when vacationing in OC!

Great Experience!
The house was beautiful and was in a convient spot! We were able to walk to the beach and right down the street was a great Ice Cream place as well as Fractured Prune for breakfast! We also really enjoyed all the outdoor space and large table to enjoy dinners and games!

Great family vacation rental
This property was well maintained and nicely decorated. The amenities indoor and outdoor were very nice. Loved the outdoor shower! The location is perfect for a family vacation with a short walk to the beach and two ice cream shops right by the park. We had dinner most nights on the upstairs outdoor porch and it was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset. Parking was very easy even with three cars in our group. Lauren was very responsive to all communication and was very easy to work with.
