Me and my family loved it 22 year old 20 year old 11 year old We’ll be back

Heated pool🫡 Lazy river 🫡 Bar and grill poolside 🫡 24hr Gym 🫡😤 Beach access 🫡 Stay includes 2 beach chairs & umbrella 🫡 Walking distance to Fubar pizza 🫡 Walking distance to AJs restaurant 🫡

They only thing was we had an outside view I understand when it was built the hotels around the resort weren’t there . No big deal though.

Easy access to property

Requested an early check in and a late checkout but could not do either. 10AM is very early to have to be all packed and out

It was an amazing relaxing time.

It was clean and we had everything we needed.

We needed a little more toilet paper but that was it.

Other than the room location everything was good.

They stay was fine. I booked 2 rooms both were supposed to be ocean and pool view. One that my step mom and father stayed at C was perfect. The one where the kids and 2 families stayed at was over look a parking lot. Very disappointed for the kids.

A331 exceeded our expectations!! The pictures make no justice, the condo was bigger than the pictures tell. The bedrooms

The property is was very clean, the couches a little worn out, but no big deal to us. The space was bigger the expected which was a plus!

The pool was just steps away with so many options for the kids, and the beach access with your own chairs and umbrella. We absolutely loved it, was so convenient for families with kids that have to carry so much to the beach.

Superb

I love the amenities and the location.

There were small roaches in the kitchen area. I am deathly afraid. This was the only thing that was an issue during the trip.

If you can’t go to the beach, the pool is awesome.

We visited during June 2023, the rip currents at the beach were too dangerous to swim. BUT the pool area at Waterscape was perfect! Our kids loved it. No complaints from anyone.

We will be back soon…It was the best we stayed in yet in a while and we travel at less 4 times a yr

Everything, it looked just like the pictures but Better, location was fantastic for what we wanted to do

just that the tubs wasn’t jets 🥹 but that shower made up for it❤️

It was a great staycation and we will be back. plenty of room for my family of 5.

the amenities were amazing. my kids were so tired it wasn’t a fight for bedtime. staff was super friendly. everything in walking distance all the pools and grills were kept very clean.

Not enough pool chairs.

It was great!!!

The rooms was amazing, ocean views and the kiddos loved the pool.

The room was a little dusty, some stains on the couch.

Description said view of gulf and pier - not true

Accommodations were good, but did not match the description.

I felt really mislead based on the description that it had a view of the gulf and pier. I spoke to vacasa and they left a message for customer service manager but I never heard anything back.

Room not clean , not worth the money .

Location

Room was filthy.blinds broken, etc. Didn’t even offer a discount or anything.

Exceptional

The room was nice and felt like our own little apartment. It was very clean even though we clean all that when we got there no residue came on our cleaning/disinfecting wipes.

The elevators were not consistently working but that was no issue as we were able to take the stairs. The price may be a little high for a highway view and to be on the end of the strip with no action.

The view and room was great.

I bought some drinks at the tiki hut spent $100 and all 8 of them got threw away because nobody liked them. Other than that we had a great stay.

The staff was not helpful.among check in. Also we found dirty towels in each room stuffed behind things.....I asked for a room with a view of the ocean got the parking lot

didn't know about breakfast.

specifically requested oceanfront,oceanview. upon arrival was advised room faced parking garage. i told desk this was (a unacceptable . finally, after about 1 1/2 hour and unsuccessful call to booking.com, a suitable room was provided. needless to say, my first experience with you was not pleasant.
