To start off, the view is incredible from the house. The house is facing south on the pacific ocean, so you see the coast running down. The sky is full of stars at night. The hot tub was a great bonus. It was one of the things that made it worth the price. You can control the temperature and the light in the hot tub. The laundry machine and dryer saved us. Very helpful that it's there. We arrived here after 3 days of hiking/camping, and our clothes were in dire need of a wash. The TV is great and has all kinds of streaming services, like Netflix, however, you need to login yourself. The kitchen is equipped with basically everything you need, utensils, pots, pans, etc. The bed is super comfortable and there are extra pillows in the dresser.
The grill that was advertised in the listing and pictures (big silver one) was not the one that was available. It was a smaller black one. Still useful, however a small disadvantage.
My biggest complaint would be the cleanliness. Some of the blinds in the house were rusty/dirty, and one of them in the bedroom was missing a couple shades. The bathroom towels could be freshened because some didn't look the whitest. One of the blankets that were stored away in the dresser in the bedroom smelled a little old. It's such a nice cozy house, however, it there was more attention to detail in the cleaning it would be exceptional.

When I tell you there was so many spiders, I mean there was SO many spiders. No joke at least saw 20. So disgusting. There were quite a few mites as well

Rhis is pur second stay in this home and we love it. The view is wonderful. Love the hot rub and the bath tub. Has everything we need for our stay and the bed is super comfy!
Wish there was a little more privacy but otherwise it's perfect.

The view is amazing and the bed was very comfy. Well stocked with pots, pans and other kitchen amenities. Bring your own wine glasses though. Overall the house was very cozy and enjoyable.
We enjoyed the hot tub a couple times during our trip before recognizing there was a smell and floaters that were something more than dirt. In being knowledgeable about hot tubs my friend removed the filters and recognized a black film of bacterial growth that could potentially pose a health risk. Also there was no chlorine in the hot tub. Vacasa was made aware. For the most part the house was clean. There were a few places such as the fridge that looked like it had not been wiped down. There are also a few places around window and door frames that had significant water damage and the last thing is that some of the blinds in the bedroom were broken.

The location and view were incredible. Everything in the house was perfect and we especially loved the jacuzzi and bathtub..

Everything! Everything we needed was there; coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, full refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a hot tub too but we didn't use it.
Right across from the port and the view was amazing!
The stairs but only because I have a bum knee.
