Villa di Viggiano apt #1 has a front porch to watch the world go by while enjoying your private space. Fenced outdoor eating area with tables and 2 grills is available for use by all of the cottage renters and a perfect spot for family gathering and outdoor dining. Inside has hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen with full size dinning table. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax in airconditioned comfort, using free wi-fi and cable. Queen , full size and 2 twins offers plenty of room for 6. Off street parking for convenience of loading and unloading only. You can rent this wonderful cottage alone or rent all 4 apartments to make the perfect spot for a family reunion. For protection of our guests their is video monitor aimed away from the property toward the sidewalk and driveway in front of the property.

The house was great. Easy access to the boardwalk and as well as exiting the island towards either Stone Harbor or Rio Grande. The VRBO Host provided a quick response regarding our request for an iron. Honestly, I only have good things to say. If I had any ideas to make the stay better, the only thing that would be very above and beyond would be leaving a list of places to eat in the off season. Wildwood is mostly a tourist town and plenty closes up in the off season as expected and those business don't always update their Google My Business. So you don't know what is really open or really closed until you arrive at the restaurant / business. That's not a VRBO Host problem, but that's all I could think of for feedback. The place was great, and honestly the price was favorable for anywhere. (Let alone 1.5 blocks off the beach) If this place is open, book it!!

We stayed at Villa Di Viggiano for two nights as an end-of-summer trip. It was a great home—immaculately clean, comfortable for five people and one infant, and a block away from the Boardwalk. We won't hesitate to book again!

We'll be back. It was a great little spot and close to the beaches. Parking is a little difficult but contact the township for the weekly pass. It would have been much easier. (Not the propertys fault. But just some advice)

The location was perfect. 5 min from Duffers, 5 min from the boardwalk. Perfect size for a family of 4 ( 2 kids under 7 ). Would definitely rent this property again.

Overall happy with the apartment. Blinds in bedrooms and bathroom should be replaced as they are in disrepair. Room darkening shades would be better. There was a car that parked in the driveway that made it difficult to pack our car. Owner? Laid on the hood and blared music around 10PM one night.

walking distance from the boardwalk so the location of the property is very convenient. we were allowed to check-in early and the property manager was very quick to answer any questions we had. make sure to bring your OWN sheets, towels etc because none of that is provided. if needed they will provide it to you at an extra charge. the pillow cases could use some updating. the couch is a bit old we cleaned it a ton before sitting on it. the mattress cover in the master bedroom had yellow stains on it. the blinds are awful they are cheap and half of them do not work and they let ALL the morning light in; get ready to be woken up very early from all the light seeping in. my partner is 6ft and the master bedroom bed is way tooo small for him. he was extremely uncomfortable. the walls and trim could use some fresh paint they are pretty beat up. staying here you are paying for the location. if you are using it as a place to just sleep in i guess it is ok. lastly wildwood is not what it use to be. it is pretty ghetto around the area.

Overal had a good stay! The location was not the best and the house was not well stocked. For example, no extra toilet paper. Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend away.

Stayed for July 4th weekend. Close to boardwalk and beach. Great size for family of 4. Biggest issue there is No parking . Once we found a spot on street we did not move our car for 3 days. We walked everywhere. Owner easy to work with. Plus there is a property manager who oversees property. I had a small issue property manager came out and owner was in contact with me. Was a great trip would stay here again

Great location! Clean place! The other visitors in visitors 2-4 did not agree it was a ‘common area’ outside so we didn’t get to use it. Don’t forget bath towels and sheets. We had a great time!
