This home is stunning. Accommodated our family wonderfully. It was the first time the kids saw and played in real snow. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The kitchen was the highlight for us adults as it was very well stocked. We did struggle a tad trying to regulate the temperature in the home. Love the radiating floors but found 68° a bit much. We did need to run up to Lee's for more paper products and as locals found it difficult to watch the Seahawks, Kraken and UW football game. However the trip was for the kids and they had a blast. There was great sledding right behind the house and we all fell in love with the heated driveway. The host John was amazing to work with, very kind and responsive. We created some great New Year's weekend memories and most definitely will be revisiting this property. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

This was the perfect meeting place for 5 couples spread around the state to gather for a Christmas celebration. The house was spotless, well stocked, in a great location and architecturally beautiful. The availability of snowshoeing, cross country skiing or just a wintery hike are all within a short walk and downhill skiing or snow boarding was just a quick drive. There was something for everyone. Booking this trip was the best family Holiday celebration we've had in years.

The house was perfect for our family holiday weekend. Quick drive to the slopes, fun hills in the back yard for sledding, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We went to Hyak for a family member’s wedding. They have a cabin in that neighborhood and we were all trying to stay close by and this place was perfect. It is very spacious with gorgeous views, it was super clean, and this place had everything we needed. We did make a grocery store stop on the way up for food and wine. We slept well on all the comfy beds and loved the sheets and towels. I highly recommend this place.

Traveled from the East Coast for a wedding at Snoqualmie pass. The house was beautiful with all the space and amenities to make 6 adults very comfortable. Would recommend it to anyone interested in visiting the Snoqualmie area -- in the summer for hiking and the winter for skiing.

What a perfect stay! Beautiful new modern home. More than enough room for family of 4. Conveniently located 5 minutes from The Summit at Snoqualmie - ski until mid afternoon, come back to rest then head back out for night skiing! Host had lots of detailed information before and during stay, they let us stay longer than check out as roads were snowed in. We're definitely coming back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My family and I had a great time staying here. We had plenty of room to have our own space, the house was comfortable and well stocked. The yard on the side was perfect for sledding with a toddler and the walk to the ski hill is short. The heated driveway was a definite bonus. Will definitely be back again!

I cant express in words how wonderful John and Kathryn were. We had an amazing ski vacation. This home was spectacular. The ski lift was 2 minutes away. If you have your skis with you, you can even walk there. I felt like I was at a ski in ski out resort.

My family and I (myself, husband and 7 and 8 year old kiddos), and my parents and two brothers spent 5 nights at this beautiful house and it couldn't have been more perfect! The open living room + kitchen / dining area made it so easy for us to enjoy time together cozied around the fire, watching the snow and indulging in lots of delicious food:) The kitchen had everything we needed and was so much fun to cook in. When people wanted alone time there was also sufficient space for 6 adults and 2 kiddos to have our own separate space. The upstairs loft and downstairs lounging + tv areas were exactly what the kiddos needed to escape the adults when then needed to as well! We were able to walk the short distance to Gold Pond Creek and enjoyed walking in the snow around the area. Skiing and Tubing were a short drive away and probably the most fun was the enormous sledding hill we built in the back yard! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a picture perfect get away - we will be staying here again in the future for sure.

We had such an amazing stay at this home. This house was perfect for our trip with family and friends. The home is absolutely stunning and wonderful layout for a group trip. Minutes away from the mountain and restaurants. No one wanted to leave when the weekend was over.

Lovely property. Mountain Views. Plenty of space for two families to share. Kitchen nicely outfitted and stocked with some extras like red pepper flakes. Decorating and furniture was very nice. Master bed very comfortable!

Beautiful! A few suggestions to improve this rental would be a TV in the main living area, a pull out sofa on the entry level, access to music and luggage racks in every bedroom. We didn’t need to contact the property manager, so gave the review a 3.

Amazing modern house, decorated to perfection! Very easy drive for those going to the Summit, but truly beautiful just on its own. Our family stayed for a couple of nights at the start of the year, right between historic snowstorms, and it was a magical experience. Do note that the driveway is a bit steep, especially in case of ice (again, we stayed during a huge snowstorm and after a power outage, which is why there was a bunch of ice). Good communication with the owners was a huge plus. We’d stay again.
