Cayman's Cottage Your own house tucked into a cozy, quiet neighborhood 1/2 way b/t Sullivan's Island & Shem Creek. Freshly updated coastal vibe. Relax on the covered back patio watching your favorite games on your 55 inch smart tv or quiet time with your morning coffee. Your dogs can enjoy vacation too in the large fenced back yard while sipping drinks by the fire pit or swinging away in the hammock by the banana tree! Pack lightly! We have your beach towels, chairs, umbrella, bikes and a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need! Boats, paddleboards, kiteboards- you have plenty of storage. Outdoor shower for you and a dog wash for your pups. Only 11 minutes to downtown! Dog vacation rate is $100 per dog per stay. 2 dog max. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! The property exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful amenities. The spacious and well-decorated interiors provided a comfortable retreat, while the outdoor area, complete with a fire pit and large yawn added to the overall charm. The listing looks exactly as it does in pictures. It was the perfect place for my family’s vacation. We traveled with 2 kids and 2 dogs. The yard is large and fully fenced. Everyone was able to relax comfortably. The bedrooms are a good size. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. It’s a great location, you can find tons of things to do in either direction. You’re a short drive to Sullivan’s Island/Isle of Palms and a right over the bridge from Charleston. Almost everything was within 6 minutes of us, the furthest we traveled for anything was 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend Cayman’s Cottage and would absolutely stay here again!

Exactly as advertised- very clean and comfortable with a perfect back yard for dogs and for hanging out by the fire. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. 20 minutes drive to the center of Charleston.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cayman’s Cottage. It is very clean, comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the outdoor area with comfy chairs and fire table. Our dog loved the fenced yard. We will definitely stay again!

Brandon is a great host and right on top of anything you need. The house is spotless and in a perfect location especially for our first visit to the area. We were able to see all the popular spots just minutes from this house. The yard and patio is very relaxing and perfect for our pup to enjoy with us! Thank you Brandon for being the perfect host!

This place was conveniently located between the beaches and Charleston. The house was amazingly stocked, clean and comfortable. My pups loved the backyard and we loved the covered back porch. The host was in communication to make sure our stay was amazing. Thanks and we will be back soon.

Cayman's Cottage is truly a gem for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation in the Charleston area. The location is convenient to downtown, as well as all Mt. Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, and Isle of Palms has to offer. The house was immaculate upon arrival and Brandon is very easy to communicate with. The fenced in backyard and covered patio were the perfect ending each day for the adults to unwind and our dogs and daughter to play in. This listing is definitely our go to from now on when we plan a Holy City getaway!

Cayman's Cottage is cozy with a relaxing back yard; perfect for a couple or small family and very dog friendly. Great location for our two week stay to explore everywhere from Downtown, Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, Mount Pleasant, and North Charleston. Location in Mount Pleasant provided easy access to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants without having to drive far; there's even a good food truck (Chachita's) usually set up at the entrance to the neighborhood. The Mount Pleasant Farmer's Market is close by and well worth a visit if you're planning on doing some cooking at the house.
Brandon was easy to communicate with and is in the process of making upgrades to the home, including a new covered patio which makes the tree-shaded backyard an even more relaxing environment to spend time in.
We enjoyed our stay, and after two weeks, felt like we lived there and hated to leave!

This is a nice well-maintained smaller home, with a great backyard (and a nice new covered patio!). It is in a great location with easy access to beaches, downtown, and Mt. Pleasant. Brandon communicated with us before and during our stay and was a great host.

This place was the perfect home away from home! Brandon had everything we needed and more! He checked in throughout the stay to ensure that we were settled. It was the perfect in between spot for all that Charleston and the surrounding areas have to offer! Can’t wait to visit again in the future!

The house is in a nice neighborhood and a short drive to our favorite restaurants and places we go when we visit Charleston. The house had many extra touches to make our stay comfortable and the fenced in backyard was a plus. When I had a question, Brandon was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely book this house again.

We really loved our stay here! The home is charming, clean, homey and has everything you need for your stay (both human and dog). It is close to a lot of amenities and great restaurants in Mount Pleasant and a short drive into Charleston. The owner, Brandon, was wonderful as well and wanted to make sure you really enjoyed your stay. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Comfortable and convenient
From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt at home. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and within 5-15 minutes to beaches, restaurants, shops and the city of Charleston.

This property is very clean, uncluttered, with all the right dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans. (Amazing!) Brandon’s little touches were very welcoming for our dog, as was the great fenced backyard.

We had a wonderful stay. We wanted a place to leave the girls (dogs) a couple hours so we could go kayaking. The house and owner was wonderful. We would recommend staying here.

Dog Lover's Paradise
Such an amazing place to stay with your pet. Brandon makes you and your dog truly feel at home. There are personal touches everywhere like dog bowls, blankets and everything you and your dog need to feel comfortable. The backyard was the real selling feature for us. Totally private and fenced-in and totally clean. You can tell that the owner cares about the property and keeps it in great condition.
5 Stars. Highly recommend staying here if you need a comfortable place in the Charleston Area. It's close by to restaurants, shopping and coffee shops.
We also loved that Brandon dedicated the cottage to his late dog Cayman. Such a touching story and something we as dog owners really appreciate.
