on a apprécié le confort du lit et l'emplacement de l'appartement. Et la réactivité de notre hôte a nous répondre rapidement.

Bonjour, Nos remarques et échanges avec notre interlocuteur Monsieur C....... concernant le logement de L.A. Le 1er jour, à la perception du logement nous avons remonté les informations à notre hôte par téléphone (whatsApp) : les murs sont sales, (tâchés et des traces de rayures par les valises ou autres) (photo à l'appuie) Les filtres de la ventilation (climatisation) sont sales (photo à l'appuie) un des lits du 2em étage était cassé (photo à l'appuie) Que certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas et d'autres était décroché Il nous a répondu qu'il n'avait pas eu de retour de l'équipe de nettoyage et des précédents locataires, qu'il s'en excusait et qu'il fera le nécessaire à notre départ. Le 2em jour, nous avons constaté que la porte du meuble évier était cassé que nous avons remonté l'information aussitôt à notre hôte. Il y avait uniquement une chaise pour 5 personnes. Nous ne comprenons pas la facture de dédommagements (concernant les réparations et les tâches sur couettes??? et le couvercle de l'abattant??) A savoir que le logement nous servait que pour dormir. Etant en vacances, on partait le matin vers 9H00 et nous rentions vers 23h00. D'autant plus, nous ne faisions pas la cuisine, ni le petit déjeuner dans le logement. Durant notre séjour, devant notre entrée principale il y avait plein de détritus, des poubelles des appartements. Le portail était ouvert 24H/24, on ne se sentait pas en sécurité, de même au niveau du parking. Le logement est bruyant car il est trop près de la route principale.

I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

The space was clean, spacious, comfortable, and it felt like a safe location.

The only thing I would change is the seating in the common area. The quality could be a little better but it’s not a big deal or a deal breaker.

Honest Review from Long Term Stay

All in all, we had a good stay with no major issues. Minor issues were quickly handled by property management. We stayed for 10 days and was generally comfortable throughout our stay. Easy access to highway (which I loved) and centrally located. Easy to get to shopping. I am from Los Angeles and the local area has really improved from what I remember. This townhome is the nicest one on the block. The home is right on the main road so we did feel safe. Lots of space and privacy (if wanted) for a family. Beds are comfortable. It does get hot in the lower level room. If this bothers you bring or purchase a small fan. I had Amazon deliver one to me. Two parking spaces are available for use. This was nice to have. This home has satellite TV and Roku.

Things that could be improved: 1. Paint the walls. Lots of markings on the walls. 2. Fix the leak in the ceiling over the second set of stairs and install a smoke detector. Property management was made aware of this and said they would take care of when I checked out. 3. New Microwave was installed while I was there. This was much appreciated. 4. Provide pot holders in the kitchen. There is limited kitchenware and equipment. Kitchen is also not well stocked like I have seen in other AirBnbs and VRBOs. I left behind a cooking utensil set and lots of condiments. Enjoy! 5. Recommend putting a TV in the master bedroom on 2nd level. Parents and adults would likely want to stay in this room due to central location in the home. Be Prepared: 1. The neighbors are loud. Children running over your head and banging on the shared bedroom wall. This was annoying. There are shared ceilings and walls with the people next door. This is no fault of the owner or property management. 2. Parking: Although assigned two parking spots, the other neighbors guests sometimes took up the space. Property management was great with identifying the violator and having them move their car. 3. This is a three level home, be prepared for stairs.
