Instead of an expensive hotel, relax and unwind in our gorgeous home. Close to UCLA, Pepperdine. Designer appointed decor, spacious and bright living spaces inside and out. Your spirit and soul will be transported as you immediately relax and De-stress. The perfect entertainer's home. Quiet and tranquil neighborhood, three minutes to Malibu and the Pacific Ocean! Excellent for a writer, actor, or busy CEO. Bring the family and enjoy soaking up the fun and sun in one of the most coveted Southern California neighborhoods. This is the reason many celebrities live close by. Giada, Dustin, Bennifer, Meryl, and Reese... All live in the immediate area. Guest access Entire home, backyard and BBQ area. No garage, and the private bottom floor office remains locked during rental stays. Interaction with guests I am available always via text. I also offer concierge services and I can arrange catering and dinner party assistance. I am an avid world traveler and a business woman, so ask away and I can likely make your vacation dreams come true! Just need a credit card! The neighborhood Family friendly, quiet and quaint. Walking to local Italian restaurants, bars, hiking trails and the beach. This is a true village by the beach. Getting around There is a bus line on Sunset, and UBER all over. The train/metro station is 10 minutes away. Other things to note This home isn't ideal for big parties or filming. The custom furniture and dramatic staircase do not make our home child or toddler friendly. For your safety- Security exterior yard cameras are installed for your protection. For rugs & carpeting- the renter is responsible for REPLACEMENT of rugs and carpeting, not for the REPAIR.

Deena’s home is absolutely lovely - we loved our stay so much. Every home comfort was catered for and it’s a really beautiful house on an idyllic road in Pacific Palisades, moments from the village area and the beach. Every bedroom has an en suite and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out as we covered the ages of 3-75. Deena was super responsive and really friendly & helpful throughout with any questions answered pretty much immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a wonderful, spacious, property in a nice Palisades neighborhood. Great location for exploring Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Malibu and Santa Monica. Perfect house for a family. Bonus that it is walking distance to some nice hiking trails!

We (two families) brought our teenage sons down for college tours. The house was lovely - spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us. Deena was amazing to work with -- super responsive and she and her team welcomed us at check in. Also, the house is in a great location - Pacific Palisades is our favorite area of LA. Close to all the action and the beach! Thank you Deena for your hospitality!

Perfectly located for a family holiday to explore LA / SoCAl. The home offered plenty of space to accomodate 8 ppl and the interior was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with all amenties. Communication with Deena and her team was quite seamless. Already hoping for another family trip in the near future.!

Lovely home in a terrific location. Quiet street, but immediately adjacent to major artery into to the city and to PCH. The home is elegant and well equipped and Denna is a great host. All is all, strongly recommended.

Great weekend!

Great weekend!

House was super great for our family get together with 4 generations! All rooms have an ensuite bathroom which made it especially nice for privacy. Great room was perfect for our family to gather in and the location was great. Thanks Deena for enabling our Mother's Day weekend to be so special!
