A quiet , clean home in a cute area outside the hustle and bustle. The hose was very attentive. She reached out to check on us with a up coming storm. We appreciated her welcome binder with brochures addresses and phone numbers of area attractions and businesses. Our stay on Martha’s Vineyard was awesome!!

This was house is in good condition and was well-equipped with everything we could have wanted. Host was very communicative and answered the one question we had immediately. The basement is outfitted with games for rainy days.
Location is a small neighborhood about 1 mile from the center of Edgartown, sidewalks available for most but not all of the walk.

A wonderful property in a great location! Fully stocked with chairs, bikes, boogie boards, etc. Air conditioning throughout, and a spacious basement with ping pong, Wii, and plenty of board games. Easily accommodated our party of 7.

Incredibly friendly and resposive owners! Our original booking at another home was cancelled so we had to find another property at the last minute. Korrie communicated very quickly about her propery and the availability. The home is perfect and is stocked with all of the comforts of home (coffee, foil, detergents, soap, shampoo/conditioner, sheets/towels, games (ping pong!!)...So great not to have to bring all of this "stuff". Very clean propery with a great open floor plan in a peaceful, private setting. We had a Jawsome first experience fishing and seeing the sights on Martha's Vinyard. Thanks so much!

The house is is in a great location, very close to South Beach, Edgartown and Morning Glory Farm. Bedrooms are big and have good storage and AC. The kitchen is very well equipped and charcoal grill off back deck and screened in porch. All the amenities of towels, soaps and some pantry items are provided. The best surprise was the finished basement with ping pong table, games, tv and a cool environment. I contacted owner for a quick question and Korrie responded immediately. Perfect place to enjoy MV.

Couldn’t have asked for more
From our initial contact to our last moment, the owners made our stay wonderful. Thoughtful and responsive, they’ve created a home where nothing has been overlooked. The location was perfect, easily walkable to Edgartown, not far from a bike path, yet situated in a quiet wooded lot away from busy neighborhoods. Well stocked, with a beautiful family room/game room downstairs, and plenty of space for 8, we plan to return again and again.

Perfect spot in MV
Our family had a wonderful week at Korrie's house. The house is well-located, clean, and extremely well stocked. We also appreciated how quiet it was with a tucked-away location just off the main road. The kids enjoyed the yard (and bird feeder), and the basement was perfect for ping-pong and movie nights. We are already excited for another trip!

Our stay at Korrie’s lovely cottage was fabulous! A spotless, well maintained, beautifully decorated and well stocked house with all the amenities and then some. Korrie was a wonderful host. She responded instantly to a concern we had, and remedied the situation in a timely and efficient manner. In honor of our anniversary, she had a welcome gift basket full of Island treasures waiting for us upon our arrival. Korrie is a thoughtful, generous and attentive host, and I highly recommend this delightful Vineyard dream cottage!!!

It was so well equipped with everything anyone could need for an awesome Vineyard vacay. The location was ideal being both walking distance to downtown Edgartown and a short drive to South Beach. The screened in porch provided hours of happiness either reading our books with coffee or enjoying cocktails in the evening. The owner was wonderful to deal with. We hope to come back some day!

Comfortable and Close to Beach
We absolutely loved this property. It had everything we needed to cook a meal, relax, and explore. The linens were fresh, the beds were comfortable, and Korrie was easy to reach. The bikes, beach umbrellas and chairs were perfect. The Kalama beach is within 3 miles and Edgartown is a 20 minute walk. The basement is fully finished with a comfy couch, ping page tables, large television and games. I would love to stay here again.

A great MVI home in a perfect location.
This rental was perfect for our family and guests. The home was easy to find, located on a tiny marked street in a great Katama location. It was spotless and ready when we arrived. Our week was especially warm and the AC’s did a great job keeping the house cool. There’s ample indoor seating for extended families in both the living room and the beautifully finished lower level. The grounds are well cared for and the screened in porch and rear deck offer plenty of outdoor options. Lastly the owner, Korrie, was responsive and clearly committed to making sure we were completely satisfied. We could not ask for more. We would 100% come back.

The house was very tidy and had plenty of room for my wife and I plus two additional couples. Clean kitchen was stocked with plenty of essentials for cooking at the home, and the basement had a backup supply of just about anything you might need: paper towels, coffee, toilet tissue, etc.
Great outside area with grill. Bedrooms all had AC units which was very much needed and appreciated during our stay.
Location is excellent: far enough from town to feel the solitude (we saw deer and plenty of other wildlife while staying) but close enough to easily shoot into town, to the Chappy ferry, or the grocery store with relative ease.
Korrie was an excellent host and provided quick and responsive help to a minor issue we had, which was quickly resolved. She was a great communicator throughout the booking and check-in process, much better than most hosts I've stayed with.
