Good

The dirt road uphill driveway with lots of loose sand resulted in us getting stuck and was very challenging getting past the curve. We created excess dirt clouds, burned the tires snd had car in overdrive it was scary and had to walk amd leave car at the bottom

Lack of basic amenities like towels, napkins, toilet paper etc. Cleanliness: smelly towels and sheets, dirty utensils Dishwasher was full when we got there and had to empty it

I liked the location. House is well laid out.

The driveway is quite steep and a bit sandy which made getting up the hill in 2WD difficult. Could use a load of ABC on top of the sand to prevent tires from slipping so bad. House was nice, however, I recommend adding some insulation to the ceiling (upstairs especially) as the AC unit would lose ground all day and it would take until 2:00-3:00am for it to finally get down to 72 degrees. It wasn’t a huge problem as the ceiling fan kept the room comfortable, but it would undoubtedly save the owner money to reinsulate. The biggest issue we had were ants. Maybe exterminate and set out a few and bait traps.

A night in a “friend’s” holiday home - well located!

Location near the National Park is great. Beautiful views. Comfortable place that has everything you might need.

Not much. It’s clearly someone’s second home and in some parts starting to feel well-loved but it absolutely met expectations and was cleaner than some other reviewers thought. It’s a bit pricey but it’s located right outside the park, so it’s to be expected. There are few dinner options nearby - and not great - and it’s a ways to a real market, so guests should factor that in.

The AC wasn’t working and it’s summer time. They did try to get a AC service man to come and fix it but it didn’t help.

Great cozy place to make memories!

great location and very spacious!

There is a leak in the upstairs bedroom coming from the filter by the hallway to the restroom. The lights on the side of the garage do not work. Road up to cabin could benefit from lighting due to narrow road.

But the cabinets in a really good location and the bathrooms they were nice and comfortable the upper room it's great it's huge the location of the cabinets is awesome and we had a good time the living room is nice and clean and it was really good we had a good experience thank you for everything have a blessed day the Wi-Fi and the TV channels of service 'was really good thank you guys

Well some of the things that I didn't like about the cabin is that when we got there they was no gas on the grill and we have some carne asada to cook another thing was that that curtains of the bathroom the shower they were kind of stinky and the upper bathroom it was not curtains so people on the deck they could literally see you know what was going on on the upper bathroom but other than that it was excellent if you guys can cover that up that would be lovely for the in the future for the Future families thank you

Loved the house and enjoyed the surrounding wildlife. Steep dirt driveway up, but great views!

The size of the house was great for a family. It was well equipped and in a very peaceful setting on a hillside.

We could not use the garage as the door was bent, leaving an open space large enough for snakes and other animals to enter where the laundry was located. Also, the electrical outlet did not work in the master bathroom. The teflon frying pans need to be replaced as the coatings were all worn through to the metal.

The view of the mountains and stars at night were great. It was so peaceful sitting outside in the morning watching the birds and at night we could see sooo many stars.

There were a few things that were a little frustrating or disappointing. The driveway to the house is very steep, and there were a couple of times we weren't sure we were going to make it up. The electric plugs were not working in the primary bathroom. There were faucet handles missing on a couple of the sinks, There were wet, washed towels in the washing machine when we arrived, and I can't imagine how icky they would smell if we had not moved them to dry. There were clean dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. Not a huge deal, but I'm on vacation.

Highly recommended, do not miss this location!

What a beautiful house! What a beautiful area! This was by far the best stay we had on our 3-weeks-US-Tour. The house is equipped with everything you need, central AC that keeps the house cool, excellent kitchen, living room, beautifully equipped bedrooms, a bathroom with a view and so on. Somebody really spent a lot of time on that house. When you stay there, get up early to see the wildlife – we saw everything from birds, lizards, Kolibris, deer, even heard a bear. We highly recommend this house!

had a nice stay and enjoyed this vacation

location and opportunity to spend time with family.

so many wasps outside and some how made it inside and mice got into snacks. Driveway is not easy to find and all dirt and very steep. I was lucky that I brought my SUV as my car would not make it up the driveway.

When we went to second rental they were very rude and tried having us leave due to us having family over for dinner had to call dherrif and family had to leave not sure if same owners but the second place we I'll never go again

Nice home but problems with basic services

Good location

Sewage system not working and 1000 gallons running down driveway. Had to turn off water until fixed, next day. Both TVs didn’t work the entire time so no Olympics. Then propane tank leaked so gas off so showers and dinner delayed by a couple hours. The property manager was very responsive but the house had too many issues which inconvenienced us and wasted our time. We spent hours trying to get the tv to work. We have requested our money back. Seqioua Park was closed 6 miles in. We were able to visit and hike but a lot of areas burned. We loved the Skyline Hike right outside of town.

Once we found the property nice surrounding mountains

Communication with owner. Mixup on timing on our part led to us not getting to property until after dark and trying to navigate tough driveway. Tried to contact owner on location multiple times with no luck. Between no phone service and once we did owner did not answer. Very frustrating!
