Nice pleasant stay at North Creek Resort.

Location, free parking, overall well maintained property.

1) All of the property was clean EXCEPT the bath tub. It was clogged with hair leading to waterlogging. I removed all the hair myself. 2) We were asked to leave our footwear outside. This makes sense from cleanliness viewpoint as snow, mud could really mess up the interiors. However the outside area isn't well protected from rains and all our shoes got soaked inside. The porch should be repaired so that water doesn't come right through it. 3) Lastly $750 hold for a week seems a bit high. The 5 star hotels we stayed at other places in Canada didn't have half this amount as security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay at the studio, place was clean and tidy and cosy to stay! We loved the fireplace at time while watching a nice movie and relaxing. Community is quick and chill we liked it very much, we highly recommend and will book again in the future!

I had a great time with my mom at this apartment. She is visiting me for a month.

It was all so easy peasy. Management us just a call away. Loved the location and the apartment. So much better than hotels. I am glad i choose this over the hotel this time.

It was all perfect. Nothing to dislike.

Other than the toilet issue, the stay is pleasant.

Location is convenient. Media provided is great.

Toilet tank don't fill up with water, kept running after every flush. Have problem with toilet flapper valve. We have to manually adjust it after every flush. Very inconvenient.

Exactly what we needed! A clean and comfortable place to stay that was close to everything we needed

Location was perfect for the purpose of the stay. We were visiting family who live off Brooker Ave so this property was a short walk/drive to the family festivities as well as the village.

There were a couple minor items that may be worth mentioning. The decorative shower curtain in the bathroom is showing signs of mold and the curtains above the patio door were rather difficult to open and close as the rings were not sliding freely. It’s possible that the curtain rod is too large for the curtain rings and the rings are getting caught. Other than these minor items, our stay was fantastic and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and was perfect for the two of us.

I like little kitchen, room is nice and clean, location has nice view.

I don't like big amount (CAD$750) safety deposit which even over 2x living amount.

Bathroom smelled like urine. No sheets for sofabed.

it was a great place to stay with easy access to the ski hills.

Clean, easy to find and close to the hill

couldn’t figure out how to get anything on the TV. had to pay to watch anything. Ceramic floors were cold in bathroom.
