Enjoyed time away in a home away from home.

Neat, modern and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

There wasn’t a separate toilet to use instead of having to use one of the bedroom toilets.

Nice but cold

We just found the house cold, the only form of heat was the wood burner, which was lovely but in the winter you need some other form of heat in the bedrooms

Perfect location to visit Knysna. we were made to feel at home.

Beautiful house and gardens. Host was informative and the staff was so lovely! We will definitely go back!

Great property, great location yet still private, perfectly furnished, enough bedrooms and bathrooms to fit a large group/family easily, great views, awesome entertainment area and pool…

Great house but I would not go in summer as too hot without fans or aircon

Great location and very spacious. Well appointed

No fans or air conditioning. Pool needed a good clean

stay marvellous, boat ride superb, really enjoyed Knysna, Jacqui is such a professional , thumbs up

Not applicable as we had our own breakfast, but housekeeper ensured the house and rooms are cleaned properly all the time we were there

Could have at least one/two of the rooms with bathtub, maybe also to opt for replacing carpets on the other two rooms downstairs as they were a bit smelly, but rooms themselves are fine except the smell suspecting carperts are the problem. Loadshedding in town was such a dissappointment, couldnt understand the whole Khysna Mall didnt have a working backup generator, that was a no no for us as we couldnt have breakfast at the time we planned so that we can also do all the activities, so we missed out to go the beach as was also our plan.

Exceptional

Jacqui was theee bestest host, she informed us of places to go to and what to see. From booking till check out her customer service was exceptional. We loved the house, everything was just so perfect. We will be definitely coming back.

IWe had splendid time in the house

Having to buy our own wood for the fire place when the provided pack was finished and the house was very cold, only onbSunday when Irequested the host to give us wood when the one we bought was finished did we get wood

The manager was helpful & shared enough tourist information before & whilst at the venue to explore.

The location is perfect and central to most activities one might do whilst in Knysna. The manager was also knowledgeable about the area and shared information on where to eat, places to check out and things to do within reach of place of stay. Jacqui went out of her way to ensure our stay was beautiful and memorable. I enjoyed this break because she shared a lot about what can be done. The experience and service was awesome. We had an amazing time with my family. Thank you Jacqui and team. We will be back soon!!

Cape Town group of 11 enjoyed their 7 nights at the Tidesend Manor Knysna

That each bedroom had own bathroom/ ensuite; All communal areas ( inside & outside) were well equipped, very cosy & comfortable; the staff were efficient & professional

Excellent! Exceptional..

We enjoyed the location, it was homely, clean and spacious. The view on the top floor bedrooms was exceptional.

I honestly can not fault this property.. The host, Jacqui was thee best.. She and Celia made our stay perfect.

everything, it was more than we expected and the attention to detail was amazing!

very average . would not return.

all bathrooms are on suite. garden area is lovely Netflix and WiFi available

not entirely safe . back door doesn’t open. no access to free laundry. poorly equipped kitchen.
