Good

There were some problems with our reservation at first, but the staff handled the situation and we got our accommodation which was very nice, although a bit cold and we had some troubles with the heating at first, but eventually we got that working as well. After that everything went quite smooth and we liked our stay.

Adorable and relaxing!

I loved the little cottage, it was so cute and quaint!!! And due to the distance I was traveling to get there, I spoke with the manager the morning of my stay to confirm my arrival time and she was very kind- they had to upgrade my 1 bedroom cottage reservation to a 2 bedroom due to an issue with the one I was to stay in, but did so without additional charges. Then I encountered a minor accident during my drive, which ended up causing me to be MANY hours late for my arrival :( the staff was very accommodating and texted me all info I needed to get into my cottage since the office was going to be closed by the time of my arrival. I was so appreciative!

I had a little challenge getting the heating units to work, but I managed

Everything was so cozy and welcoming ! We really enjoyed our stay. Our request were met when we arrived .

So spacious ! I could not believe how much was available to us such as tennis courts, great pool and beautiful surroundings .

I would recommend highly that a light be placed to identify the driveway when driving at night or a flag during the day. I passed the driveway several times . Very dark at night even though the traffic light was there.

Issues on 3 of 7 days. Didn't follow through with room request even after verifying they could.

The staff at the desks were really friendly and helpful. Everytime we needed to book a restaurant, they helped. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they sent up a card and champagne. Whenever we had an issue, which unfortunately, were many (outdated room that didn't match the photos, internet or the air conditioner) they immediately sent someone. Beautiful beach, but 2 of 7 days we were there, there were full classes from local schools doing swim team practice on this beach, which made it really full. Beach property advertised as private, but felt busy with locals by swim teams.

They confirmed room matching photos would be provided at booking, but gave us an old room. Having read the reviews about the older rooms, I specifically requested that they confirm if we would get a new updated room as seen in photos (and this was important because my husband just finished his chemo and radiation cancer treatments only 1 month before and was really tired and still nauseous often) and we wanted to make it as seemless as possible. They confirmed yes at booking, and yet when we checked in 530 pm on a Saturday, they put us in a room that was older room with AC on the adjacent wall blowing directly over our heads, window left open and busted in bathroom where mosquitos were flying in, furniture blocking the wall of windows, making it a pain to reach over to open and close in day and night The security said no one would work Sunday so we couldn't request to change rooms until Monday (2 nights later, the day of our anniversary, even though I specified in my request that I wouldn't keep the reservation unless the renovated rooms matching the photos were available). It was a massive disappointment. We couldn't unpack for 2 nights and then when we got a better room, had to pack up anything we had out, including groceries purchased for the week, and move it. Day 3, Wifi didn't work in that room and the air conditioner was screeching incredibly loud like it was broken, so on the 3rd night there we couldn't really research Antigua, and slept without AC from evening to next morning. The staff was really great when we told them and sent someone immediately for our issues. We didn't like that if you had a -ve covid test, you still had to wear a mask outdoors walking on their property when heading to the beach, pool or car.

Quiet pleasant staycation

Liked the size of the grounds. Parking. Ease of checking in and out. Front desk seemed friendly.

It was dated. So much potential! Old cabin smell, playground equipment was old, and pool steps were questionable. This can be a great place with more upgrades, especially given that it’s not cheap.

Perfect place to stay for work or for a family. Property is well maintaned and peaceful.

Location was great. My room was sparkling clean and comfortable. Loved jumping in the pool in the morning. Great customer service. Would come back again!
