Overall good to stay beautiful ambience because of Safari they just need to improve the two things .

The most I like the bathroom is big because we got the botanical suite there is a jacuzzi inside my nieces enjoy it very much. Breakfast buffet is really good a lot to choose and one of the staff cooked eggs anything you want. Bed is comfortable to sleep

I reserve two rooms the other rooms the key card don't work we need to use there original key just to open the room. The fruits for breakfast they need to change it because for the 3 days 2 nights we stay still the same dessert they offer for breakfast.

Beautiful location. We booked the suite and had very comfortable beds (1 double, 2 single, and 1 extra single): the mattress was great as well as the pillows.

Our suite had a side door, which we asked to be opened upon arrival, as we were under the impression that outside our room was a garden. Instead, there was rubbish, and a dilapidated building. In addition, we were called in the morning, scolding us for opening the side door, when the evening concierge happily opened it for us. We were never informed that there was no vaping allowed outside the building except in a designated area and was also told off for doing so. We felt quite scolded every time we did something which we were not informed to be not allowed. Also, we were never informed until our last night there that we had a private terrace. P8,000 a night would have been worth it, if only the service was more welcoming, and informative of what is and what is not permitted in the hotel grounds. The breakfast staff were not friendly at all. The only staff member was the receptionist who was extremely pleasant, who also made our arrival snd check-out pleasant.

If you want to sleep, do not go there for the night because the noise and excessive light from the corridor will not let you sleep.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Log Cabin Hotel - Stay Away!

The Jacuzzi.

My experience at the Log Cabin Hotel was a complete nightmare. The front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. The room lacked basic amenities, the internet connection was unreliable, and the check-out process was marred by aggression and disrespect, such behaviour tarnished what was supposed to be a special occasion. I reported this dreadful experience to Booking.com, and they assured me that they would take appropriate action and investigate the matter. I appreciate their customer support. I hope that my feedback will lead to improvements in their service and prevent future guests from enduring similar disappointments.

I love how very relaxing this Hotel is. the staff were so friendly too and not to mention their food was so good. I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely book it again. my friends and i really enjoyed our stay, we actually keep on extending our stay because we just stayed more at the hotel during our trip.LOL. very accessible too, botanical is just right across.

told them my concern about the exhaust fan, because it was too dusty already since the their rooms were using fan only(Baguio weather doesn’t need AC though) and just exhaust in the cold air from the outside. the dust were falling off into our sheets. Aside from that everything else was perfect. i hope they address that small problem already.

Nice place to relax and enjoy Baguio

The room is beyond our expectations! The bed and the room's vibe look new compared to the posted pictures. It has a decent wifi connection and the bathroom is clean. It's also away from the outside noise so we had a good night's sleep. :) And even though there's an electric fan inside, we don't have to turn it on because of the cold air ventilation system inside the room. Not sure how it works because we also don't need to open our windows, but it's cold enough and we were comfortable. The staff was also approachable! Their breakfast buffet had enough choices and was delicious.

My Old hometown Baguio.

The restaurant was in the same building. The staff was friendly. The surrounding is pretty. And clean.

The bedroom window can be accessed easily by intruders. The room is not sound proof.

Cleanliness is very good (room, beddings, and towels). The bed and pillows are comfortable. The extra bed given was an actual bed (not just a foam mattress). This is great value for money, considering the completeness of amenities (from towels to toiletries to slippers to bottled water), facilities (from cabinet to safe to refrigerator to table to office chair), and the buffet breakfast with delicious food. The staff are friendly as well.

Nothing major. I wish the shower area was a bit bigger (my personal preference), but it's already good enough.
