Breakfast was superb. Different options for every day. The hotel is very near Mines View Park. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Bed and rooms were cozy.
We could smell cockroach on the hallway near the breakfast buffet. We called out the hotel, they tried to do something about the roach smell.

Clean property, very pleasant and accommodating staff.
Rain can cause a problem for the outdoor eating area but there are places to dine inside.

All is good except for the noise, really.
Prior to arrival, we specifically requested a quiet and undisturbed room as we were traveling with an athlete competing in the CAR Panagbenga Taekwondo Championship. Proper rest the night before her competition was very important, and we kindly asked for a room away from elevators, high-traffic areas, and noise.
Unfortunately, there was an event held in the hotel that lasted until around 10:30 PM. The noise from the event could be clearly heard from our room, which made it difficult for my daughter to rest properly. As a result, she was not in her best condition for her competition the following day.
We made an effort to book early and arrive ahead of time specifically to ensure she could rest well, so this situation was quite disappointing.
For future guests, we strongly suggest informing them in advance if there are scheduled events in the hotel, especially when these are held in areas close to guest rooms and may cause significant noise. This would allow guests to make informed decisions or request alternative arrangements.
