Location is perfect for us it's not fancy but area is so convenient..small space for shower room.. you pay the price that's what you get ..etc..

No tv. Bathrooms not clean no mirrors.
Curtains not clean.
Need bathroom floor to be clean, shower drain not working. They put floor pads so guess will not step on the he standing water

The hostel is located at the heart of the city and two bus terminals are within on foot.
I had some unpleasant experiences but I don’t comment on them here as I am asking compensation to the hostel through the customer support.
One thing I would like the hostel to improve is that it should explain the no-smoking regulation of the city at check-in time or post exact notifications more clearly.
I was just hand-instructed by a security person who didn’t explain anything keeping her legs on the chair. I felt that I was treated like cats or dogs.
At that time, I missed a security person of my previous staying hotel in Manila. He always smiled at guests and said something warm to them.
