It is near 7 eleven, parks and night market, good food and great place!
Outside lights reflect inside my room, they could improve the curtains. Also, sound from the street can be heard inside the room, especially big trucks passing by.

Sir Ronald was very accommodating and he was always available in the reception to answer my general queries. The room was also clean and the beds were good. The hotel is also located near Burnham park and a lot of restaurants and cafes. The also have breakfast which is very convenient. Overall, great value for money.

location is good, very near the main areas. breakfast good and staff are very polite and helpful.
However, hot water is not consistent. not very good for a cold weather area when you need a hot shower.
