Noisy! Noisy! Noisy!

Very noisy location in the middle of town on a busy road with jeepney stand outside the front door. Diesel fumes coming into the room from around 5am. Not nice for the price

Great location, good basic amenities and staff service at reasonable prices

Good location and near many eating places, groceries,market and of course Burnham Park.

The rooms we got have windows facing the wall of the next building. While its allows some ventilation, it made the room dark even during the day. Next time, I will select the rooms with windows. I also suggest that the staff maintains a list of pet friendly restaurants for its guests as it is likely the guests with pets will ask for recommendations.

Best stay so far in Philippines do not miss it for the price, for the price you won't beat it

The bed is extremely comfortable, the room is spacious, nice and quiet great for a good recoup if you have been travelling and you need a good rest. I liked the basket with the towels and accessories it was a nice touch. The location was fantastic. The price was good for all this, best stay for me so far in Philippines, thankyou I will come back

Netflix didn't work, shower pressure was weak but was hot and you can still wash so don't let this put you off as it wouldn't stop me from returning

Fam chill in Baguio

the location was perfect! accessible to everything you need in the city, from bus terminal to reataurants, Burnham Park, to SM Baguio and just a street beside it was the Good Taste Restaurant...i like their common terrace/balcony where you can have hot coffee while watching the sunrise and view the city lights at night as well. there is mineral water dispenser in every floor. The staff were all accommodating and helpful.

the towels need to be replaced....looks untidy and worn out. the tiles in the shower area is slippery, maybe a rubber mat can be provided to avoid accident.

Close to everything but not that clean

It’s super close to Good Taste and Burnham Park, and it has a 24-hour coffee shop with good internet just downstairs. So it’s super convenient + good for someone like me who work during trips.

Not that clean. I had to clean the bathroom, and found some hair and lots of black stone-like things. The bed is tolerable though.

Exceptional

Great location! Few minutes walk to Burnham park and Good Taste Restaurant. Value for your money. Room is clean and big. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Kudos!

A lot of reasons to like the property Pretty good WIFI connection is one of the reason Pretty good place, nice view and everything in the room os functional.

Hangers in the cabinet is not enough 2 hangers is not enough Make it at least 6 especially for people who will be attending business trips.

Probably just about value for money - but I will not be returning.

Very close to the Park - and some of the central attractions.

Room has no view.... solid way from next door property. They did paint this wall green however !! Jeepney terminal directly outside - however not too noisy. Bathroom was HK style - i.e. VERY SMALL and CRAMPED Parking - someone moved my motorbike without my permission - cars block each other in.... Terrible. No security in the car park.

Very happy

Very helpful staff. No fridge in the room and no aircon but the fan was enough. Very convenient location, and the room had a view of the city.

It's not worthy for his price

Good location, it's closed to park and night market. There are Watson and 24hr restaurant in Gound floor.

For my experience: 1. Lost electric 3 hrs on morning time 2. The faucet is broken when i took the shower. 3. Not safety: The hotel lobby is in 3rd floor, but anyone can take elevator to hotel room from Ground floor 4. The devices in room are a little bit old. 5. Only two clothes hangers in wardrobe 6. The heater is so weak in bathroom 7. No hair dryer

there is a window but no view just a firewall. It says in advertisement that every room has a terrace but only a hallway terrace.

Location was ideal for walking around downtown Baguio. But air quality isn't the greatest

The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Checking in was seamless. Staff was accommodating.

The small bugs that would be on the walls and furniture. I do appreciate the staff using a bug spray but the residue would be left on the wall. No screen for window. Not a lot of air circulation besides having a fan.

It's a great and convenient place, budget friendly too

It was a great location, very convenient and easy to locate hotel. Room is big and cold. Electric fan is provided (although not used due to cold weather). As a whole it's a good place

Fully booked, so no early check in. CR dont have foot mat, water draining all over the place.

Very good

The location was perfect. So many food options right outside the hotel. Kids loved going to Burnham Park. Rooms had enough space and clean bathrooms.

The floor needs some TLC. You can't walk around barefoot or else your feet will get all black.
