Warm welcome in the heart of redwoods.

Such a friendly, welcoming vibe from all staff. Quirky decor in our self-contained, comfortable room. Good food, drinks and company in the pub. Right in the heart of redwood country.

Comfortable, cosy but non intimacy

Very comfortable and cosy, clean accomodation

Due to the location of room nombre 5 we where on the window during the time the curtains where not closed. Outdoor pastic table and seats where not clean.

Superb

We love the pool,pub and the staff.We came for our honeymoon 4 years ago and decided to come back for our wedding anniversary ❤️

The only thing was our cabin had alot of ants but that's probably normal cause were in the woods

Cabins nestled in the redwood forest, smiling, happy campers and staff, a really warm end welcoming vibe. The pub was friendly and homey.

Wish we had come years ago!

All the amenities! Everything you need, or forgot, they have. Once there you don't have to pay for video games, pool table, shuffle board, foosball, ping pong, movies, and more! The pool was a great option as the river is still a bit cold. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Loved Bigfoot too! We have to go back for photos with him! We are really looking forward to a return visit. The room was beautiful, beds comfy, and we even had a choice in a BBQ, gas or briquettes!

They are upgrading and there is a little construction going on. But the noise was minimal and didn't interfere with anything we wanted to do. It's mainly in a small area. It's just going to be nice once the orange "fencing" is gone.

It was a perfect stay in a little cabin in the woods! The room was taken care of, clean and spacious. The kitchenette has everything one could need and the fire-pit in the garden create an idyllic sundown and sunrise. Would recommend for anyone who enjoys a comfy stay, after a day hiking in the nature!

Luxury in the redwoods

Lovely. Beautiful interior design of the room. Had a great time at the pub getting to know the other travelers. The owner was a pleasure to talk to. Her staff was wonderful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were really impressed with the amenities, location, and price!

such a cute layout for a family- 3 beds of different sizes in one room. super friendly and knowledgeable staff. great communication!

would like to see an option for locking from the inside. We appreciated the unlocked room when we arrived but it felt a little weird not being able to lock ourselves in.

Simple lodging

Staff were super lovely and the location is nice and isolated amongst the Redwoods.

Despite being the first staying guests staying in a freshly remodelled room, there was visible dirt on the floor. The heating unit was very loud and you could also hear guests above, nearby highway traffic and plumbing so was difficult to sleep.

Very beautiful surroundings and comfy beds. We will be back.

Everything was great except the bbq did not really work and we had to throw out chicken because the coals would not get hot. I think it had rained righ before because there was water in the bbq, and even though we dumped out the water it still caused the bbq to not work properly. Other than that minor issue everything was great.

Bbq did not work due to water in the bottom of it. Had to throw out chicken because we couldn’t cook it.

Large spacious upgraded cabins in a beautiful forest setting. So worth the price!

Amazing upgraded rooms with fireplaces and beautiful showers.

I can’t think of a thing. It was fabulous!

Lovely redwood retreat

A lodge room in a redwood forest was exactly what I wanted. Loved the wall of glass that let me feel truly in the forest. Liked the gas stove top. Lovely to fix my own meals. Nice shower.

A better mattress would be appreciated. Lodge room walls amplify sounds from other lodge rooms so very noisy when other rooms occupied.

Superb

We liked the outdoor kitchen which gave the ambiance of a glamping experience. The room was cozy; loved the electric fireplace. We loved that there is a pub on the premises. We will be back.

Very disappointed

Definitely in the woods, very friendly staff nice rooms.

Wash your coffee pot or they charge you $75 This is not a resort it is a camp no heated pool or hot tub or any other things that you expect from a resort. They charge a lot for wifi and there is no service The "food" is freezer to microwave but they charge 5 star prices. All the BIG trees had signs nailed to them and electric wires hung from them. People come here to see the trees and take pictures it's sad how they have disrespected them! They offer no refunds and once you get there you will find you have overpaid big time for what you get.

Wish I'd bee here during the season; would stay again!

The lodge room was wonderful. Very spacious, a great value for what I paid. The pub was great as well for late-night dining and some good conversation. I stayed during the offseason, so it might be different in warmer months. But I think this place was quirky, which added a lot to the experience and enjoyment.

There isn't really Internet service. But that isn't a reason for going here!

Curtious Front Desk Staff, Nice Indoor/Outdoor Ambiance at Restaurant/Pub w/Fire Table. Food OK for limited Menu. I feel Property’s Lodging in NEED of a Remodel to deserve calling Itself a Resort. Beautiful Location.

Rm L8 Bathroom / Shower in need of remodel.

There is so much to do and so little time. A great place for kids to come. We'd loved our private deck.

I didn't like, that I didn't spend more time there.
