Friendly front office staff. Room was functional and the fan worked well as white noise. Good location next to dining, gas, and freeway access. Light traffic noise.
There is a Vietnamese restaurant essentially in the parking lot. This could be convenient for dining options but the place has an extremely bright beverage sign that flashes different pictures of beer, wine, etc. This went on all night and was like sleeping next to a pulsating neon billboard (see attached picture). The wooden slats over the window weren't particularly effective at blocking light. I had a tough night's sleep in a brightly lit room. This has the greatest affect on rooms in the wing perpendicular to the office. Sound travels easily between rooms. Social activity and flushing/ sink use were quite audible. Breakfast was for survival purposes only. You have to join their mailing list to get WiFi. Restaurant patrons socialized in the parking lot to a late hour.
