We have stayed here before and both experiences were about the same. It is in a great location, the property is clean and maintained. They have great dog friendly rooms and the price for a dog is less than most hotels.
We usually stay at the Hampton Inn down the street which I prefer for the following reasons.
The mattresses at Comfort Inn are basic. I have a chronic pain condition so I prefer higher quality mattress. For the average person I think that mattress would be comfortable, I unfortunately did find the mattress comfortable.
The water for a bath does not get hot. I usually have to take baths to manage pain. The water only gets warm which I had forgotten until I tried to take a hot bath again. Unfortunately; that is the reason I probably will not book here again.
The breakfast is also pretty limited, but better then nothing for a business traveler.
Overall I think it is a good value for the price for the average traveler. For me with special needs it doesn't quite meet the standard.

Comfortable bed and clean, spacious room. The breakfast was just ok but had a great sleep.
