Como is the No.1 luxury hotel to stay in Canguu

Beach club was amazing all hours swimming and gym were great Were really helpful and so friendly everything happened super efficiently at this property restaurants in a 4km radius were amazing! Canguu is a gourmet’s delight!

The sliding divider panels in the lagoon residence rooms were so thin that you can Hear even the slightest conversation of your neighbors do not get one of these rooms if privacy is your desire ! It is non existent in that Room type and god forbid if your neighbor has young children your holiday will be ruined!

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bien avec beaucoup de choix Les chambres sont propres et grandes Familiale juste à côté des spots de surf

Rien dans l’ensemble, quelques petits défauts tel que lampe ne fonctionne pas mais sinon plutôt bon hôtel. Un peu trop moderne à mon goûts mais c’est le style

First class resort on the beach.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was spacious, beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything we wanted for a relaxing and lovely break

The breakfast was great! We loved the location and it was so comfortable, safe and clean. We really liked the hotel and the gym was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again and cant wait to come back.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected for the money- would have at least expected there to be a table to eat at and a balcony- so that was something we would have liked! We had no other complaints but a pillow choice would have been expected at a hotel like this.

Мне понравилось что отель расположен самое близкое к океану. Очень приветливый персонал. Сделали нам апгрейд номера бесплатно.

Нет собственного пляжа. Есть правда лестница к океану. Но это общественный пляж. Который не чиститься. И иногда там скапливается мусор от океана. И что некоторые постояльцы отеля могли приводить к себе гостей. В основном Балиек. Которые очень часто менялись. Считаю для 5* отеля устраивать в бассейне всеобщее купание не приемлемо. Тем более где есть дети. И на картинке показано один номер. А по факту это оказалась стараясь часть отеля, где был сделан ремонт частично. А основная более лучшего качества. Но нужно было доплачивать за это.

Cudownie spędzony czas 😀

Piękny obiekt z niesamowitą energią . Cały personel bardzo sympatyczny , śniadania obłędne , menu restauracji również pyszne i różnorodne . Cudowna lokalizacja przy samej plaży . Apartamenty przestronne i bardzo wygodne . Świetna lokalizacja , w pobliżu klimatyczne knajpki .

lovely beach stay

we have stayed here before and just had a night before heading home. it’s always a pleasant spot to stay on the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The rooms are large and airy with a large balcony, beautiful pools and a perfect breakfast

Remove the hedge by the beachfront pool so the resort is actually “beachfront”

Loved the breakfast and the beautiful pools

Being “beachfront” is what attracted us the the resort, however when in the “beachfront” pool and even on the day beds surrounding the pool you cannot see the beach because of this hedge so you really could be anywhere. Feels overpriced and a bit tired, also no vibes in the resort like no background music playing, staff very slow and feels like it’s very understaffed. Slow to get service.

Luxurious oasis in busy Canggu, fantastic service and dining would 100% recommend

Perfect location. Very comfortable, well appointed room. Both pools were lovely and the grounds are well maintained. The service was top notch, all the staff were friendly and attentive.

The pool, beach club, room and service fantastic. Enjoyed my stay.

I loved the service. The staff. They were so attentive , nothing was to much. 5 star. The turn down service was exceptional.

I feel the rooms small details need upgrading and maintenance- The bath didn’t work, from tap to shower. The shower roof had water leaking and water damage from above.

VERY ILL

We love the place but we got very ill, probably from the bottled water you provided. However the kitchen staff were very supportive in helping us.

We spent nearly half of our 2 week holiday in bed - and we know the illness came from either the food or most likely the bottled water you provide. Both my wife and I were ill at exactly the same time, which is how we know that it was your food or water. Frankly I think we were owed somewhat of a refund, especially given that we had to cut our holiday short due to the illness.

Overpriced for our room, nice resort facilities

If not in a villa the room is far from beach club and has no view. Do not plan to book walk in spa. Traveling with friends they only have 2 twin mattresses on a king bed frame - so room was very small and not truly separate beds.
