Fantastic resort for a quick stopover with lovely staff

Fantastic resort to stop overnight, the staff were amazing in every way possible, from arriving we were greeted with smiles all round, all staff were helpful in arranging transfers, late checkout, holding our luggage and more, dinner was fantastic, the sizzling chicken was amazing , compliments to the chef, the waiters/waitresses and bartenders were outstanding, nothing was ever to much fuss and made my experience a fabulous one, also shout out to the landscapers team, wonderful people to have met who were all so polite and friendly

Only downfall which isn’t a big issue was the lighting in the rooms, very dim

Great location, comfortable, clean and friendly & helpful staff

The pool and the staff were friendly and very helpful

The shower in our villa was only a trickle when on and the toilet although it was clean had an odour from it. Continental breakfast could be better.

Friendly and great value

Wonderful property directly across from the airport. Beautiful and clean. Restaurant was excellent, huge tasty meals. Staff were friendly and professional. Great value for money

Beds were a little firm, maybe a mattress topper to fix. Shower pressure could be higher. But otherwise brilliant.

When we first arrived in Nadi, Tokatoka made am in first impression on our stay in Fiji.

Lovely kid friendly place to stay if you’re wanting a quick commute to the airport.

Loved the water slide and pool. Loved thar the bar, pool and restaurant were all in a central location. Great place to stay for a quick commute to the airport.

The food wasn’t great, but it was food, and it was edible. Like a lot of places in Fiji, good food is hard to find.

short but close to perfect. Helped me to rest prior to our departure early the next morning

clean and neatly presented facilities. Set up to be very spacious as I was travelling with a toddler so had enough room for him to ‘spread his wings’ with his toys and play

As we were staying on the top level there were no lifts so access would be limited for disabled persons

Location was the best thing about the hotel. Kids loved the slide into the pool.

Wasn’t very clean. Sheets were dirty.

Great value for money, amazing staff, very close to airport

The room was lovely, fresh and clean and relatively modern, the gardens were beautiful, breakfast was good, the staff were wonderful and so welcoming. I was a bit concerned after reading some terrible reviews but we had a wonderful experience and would rebook again.

Staff is good & nice. Location is good for one night as a transit..

Close to airport, but it is far away from most of the beaches.

Did not agree to refund breakfast money ($30) for the last day when we did not use it as we left at 5.00am in the morning to the airport. We spent 7 days. Morning breakfast is pretty poor selection same as dinner. All the meals are mostly prepared for locals.

Beds were comfortable

Room had cockroaches in the shower. Asked staff for extra towels 3 times (got them from the cart myself). Receptionist informed us breakfast was complementary, but it wasn’t. Room a little bit musty

Friendly staff but average room

Very friendly staff and pleasant layout of the resort. Pool area very pleasant also. Very close to the airport however not walking distance to anywhere else.

Condition and cleanliness of the bathroom could be better.

Amazing place to refresh and renew

We landed at Nadi and were transported by the hotel's shuttle to the hotel a couple of minutes away. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel reception, offered a wonderful refreshing and cold drink, and checked in smoothly. Although it is so close, I was never disturbed by flight noise.

Pool towels would have been nice.

Location

Everything else. Very old resort. Room and bathroom was too small. Bed sheet and quilt was very old and with stains. It would have been good if the staff say few things about the facilities when checking in. May be ok to stay as a transit hotel but not recommended for longer stay.

easy airport location to make flying out early a breeze.

great location for the airport to fly in or out with free shuttle available but didn't hear any airport noise. friendly staff. dinner menu reasonably priced. welcome drink on arrival.

shutters and fly screens instead of windows so heard lots of outside noise however quiet at night so didn't disturb sleep.

Pool was beautiful 😍

There was a massive man hole in the ceiling of my bathroom that I could see through to the attic, was scared to use the toilet and bathroom at night, water in toilet and sink was brown, dirty water. Wasn't able to get hot water for shower so had to make do with a cold shower.
