For our group of 5 singles, the villa was great for the space it gave us and the outdoor area. Close to walkable local restaurants and small supermarket for essentials

The silicone in the bathroom and toilet needs to be removed and replaced. Also downstairs toilet seat should be replaced! Upstairs single mattress are a bit old should be replaced!

The room was beautiful
The staff was not professional. Communication between the staff on quest requests fell on deaf ears. Was disappointed with the service.

Service desk ladies were awesome and informative. They checked us in early with little notice, which was awesome.
However, there was a guy at the desk whom I think knows little English.
Rooms are standard, we stayed in the family villa. Downstairs has no aircon, only the rooms do. In our room, the aircon was not good and the remote kept glitching. I was travelling with a 5 month old and her heat rashes starting up again after managing to keep her cool at other locations. Random holes in the wall, heavy on the mosquito nests as the area gets quite muddy when it rains. Food was awful. Breakfast was passable.
