Great ambience. Very quiet, lots of trees, the river, ponds, swimming pool.
The bed linen and bathrooms are clean.
Our last breakfast was a great treat of mixed Chinese and English breakfast.
Kitchen only speak Chinese and communicating was a little challenging to place orders for dinner. We eventually gave up.
The kitchen is really big, fitted with all appliances, except microwave, utensils and cuttlery!!! Therefore not functional.
The apartment has no flat iron, wardrobes, telephone and tv too.
The body wash decanter was only filled quarter or halfway, it ran empty with one bath.
Communicating all these with the receptionist was a nightmare as there is no telephone and one has to walk all the way there. There is no bell service.
We suggest that all these should be communicated very clearly on the booking.com app and also guests informed during check in.
