Decoration, facilities are a bit outdated (old tv - not smart tv, furniture old) but still nicely placed. Our room was nice. Pool area big and well distributed. Nice ambiance in the restaurants and food ok. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs.
One or two members of the staff were rude and unfriendly ( in the bar at the beach - sugar something and the towel service staff). From all the hotels we visited in this trip (6 in total) this was the only one that made us wait until 25 minutes before check in time to get our room (check out is at 11, we arrived around 1 pm and we still waited 1.5 hours, considering that we had a suit, we expected more).

Breakfast buffet was good and plenty of options for all
Building works right nearby extending the hotel. The price doesn't reflect the works happening and it is very expensive for this experience.
