Telephone inside the room didn't work during whole stay. Impossible to ask valet by phone. Only in person. Waiting time more than 15 min

It was super clean,bright,modern,great service.

Property was amazing super clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the many different varieties of food and activities on site

Although staff was friendly it did take almost 17 minutes to receive a simple drink from lobby bar. As a former waiter I understood the situation and didn’t mind but I did notice the other patrons we’re getting upset,the bartender kept his cool and remained polite and friendly , still tipped 22% had my whiskey on the rocks and went to enjoy the rest of my day

When i was lucky to be able to talk to a human which is rare, they were nice

I loved my suite. The open concept layout. Amenities, service, quality of restaurants in the hotel. Guest Experience addressed me by by name and told me Happy Birthday an hoped I was enjoying my stay an weekend.

The self parking only at the Hilton, which was far for people staying in Conrad.

Lovely hotel with all activities in one location. Three hotels connected with a large casino, shopping, health club, spa, multiple restaurants and food court , 10 pools as well as entertainment. A great location relative to sightseeing on the strip. Great price on the room.

I wish there was an indoor pool and whirlpool for guests to access at no cost on the days when the outside pools were closed. Food prices were high and items at gift shop, but it is Vegas, so it is to be expected. I did add an extra day and it was a bit high. Wish the price was the same as previous days. Did not like I could not check in until 4. Would have been nice to check in earlier. Did not like the food set up in room. Very unsettling to have that in the room with fear of being charged. Same for the filled fridge. Wish there was a coffee machine and microwave in the room.

Property had everything you need for your vacation if we didnt want to see the other shows and sites on the strip there was really no reason to leave.

Pool was only partially open and crowded with kids so we didn't get to have the full pool day peaceful experience but the facility opens the kids area and the rest in March.

We did not get a coffee or tea machine in the room we booked, which was horrible. In their Hotel advertisement, it does not state that only particular rooms get them. I like my coffee in the morning before my kids wake up. I had to walk to Starbucks to get my coffee but before this, I needed to change and go for a long walk (the Hotel is not small; it's a fair walk). We did not get water bottles every time housekeeping attended our room. We only got our free water bottle once while staying at the Conrad Resort. I wouldn't go back to this hotel or recommend it. I felt like, I had to constantly ask for the service that other hotels usually give. It's a shame as the Hotel is fairly new and they feel like they are TIRED of customer service already. The room is spacious, so that's a plus.

The service. Massive issue at check-in between booking.com and the property. It took two hours to do a bandaid resolution. This is a stain on the Conrad brand and I will think twice before using either booking.com or staying at a Hilton property.

Ce sont des voleurs !! Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de voir passer un prélèvement de 185 euros de note de mini bar alors que nous n'avons touché à rien durant notre séjour !!! Montant représentant presque 20% du total payé initialement... On a sûrement été considérés comme des mauvais consommateurs, indignes d'une ville comme Las Vegas, ils se sont donc récupérés ! C'est lamentable !!!

I liked how it was towards the end of the strip in its own section so it wasn’t very busy but it wasn’t too far from everything on the strip at the same time.

Interior Design pretty---very clean ---only one thing I had to call housekeeping to plug my hairdryer in the wall and he used force to have the plug go in---it was like it hit a block wall before the plug would insert correctly.

Room is spacious and has a nice view. Bed mattress is pretty much comfort.

This hotel is awful, and I will never stay here again. 1. Poor customer service - they don’t have a microwave in a whole facility (I think it doesn’t make sense or they lie to me) and even didn’t try to find a way to use them. - they don’t have a coffee port in a room, don’t borrow it from the house keeping, and say it could be used only for sweet room guests. Also they don’t have a coffee machine in a room. I can’t get a cup of hot water in this pricy hotel. It is unbelievable. - I don't know exactly what time it starts, but at night, the elevator is limited. I stayed on the 58th floor, and this hotel has millions of people staying overnight. At night, only 2 out of 4 elevators are open, but there was no sign that it wasn't working, so everyone was confused because they thought the elevator wasn't recognized room cards. Then the elevator guy told us that it wasn't working, and said wait to use another one. I don't know why he's standing in front of the elevator if he would not inform anything to guests. There were quite a few people waiting in front of the elevator, but the elevator design got weird, so we couldn't take it unless people came down from upstairs and the elevator arrived on the first floor. Considering that most of the entertainment in Las Vegas is at night and so people will come the hotel at night, this elevator design really doesn't make sense. People at the lobby got really mad and staffs didn’t do anything except pitching up his voice to say Wait! 2. Meaningless resort fee This one is really ridiculous. During the winter season, they open the pool from 9 AM to 4 PM. But the check-in time is 4 PM and check out is 11 AM. So if you stay in this hotel for one night, you will hardly be able to use this pool. They close almost every pools except only one small swimming pool and one hot-tub, so I don’t know why I paid the resort fee. Just one more thing.

The location had everything you need as a visiting tourist; shops, casinos, restaurants and more.

The views.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like it was old. A lot of areas needed dusting, tub had a blue stain did not use. The glass doors to the bathroom had handprints all over them they shower door had the same. There needs to be more care into the cleanliness of the room instead of a lot of Glitz and glam.
