Nice location but facilities were tired.

Very clean - bed sheets, restroom etc.

The facility looks and feels tired. (We were in the two-storey buildings in the grounds of the hotel. the main building looked as if it was more up-to-date.) We had hoped to play some mini-golf but that facility is unservicable.

I think the Villa room could use a little remodeling and updating.

First time I have felt like a hotel mislead me to buy a room.

I called to confirm certain information with the hotel before purchasing a room. when arriving at the hotel I was told the information I was told over the phone was not true. I informed the property that I wouldn’t have purchased a room if it wasn’t for the lies I was told. I requested a refund from the hotel and booking.com but was told they could do nothing. I whole heartedly don’t agree with that decision. Never asked for a refund at a hotel in my life.

Nice long weekend.

The Villa size was good. Bathroom size was great. Location was great. The bed was very comfortable. The Cabana Beach Club was very nice and the service there was fantastic. The property grounds are very pretty.

We had a very late check in (3AM), and the night front desk attendant was very rude. I had to call the hotel from the lobby to get her to check me in. Food at the Pub was mediocre. Our room was getting tired - bathroom had many loose/cracked tiles as did the kitchenette area. The villas could use a refresh.

Very good

Pretty setting. Great to have Starbucks on site and shuttle bus was excellent.

2 double beds, instead of one king, bins weren’t emptied, shower gel empty and floor not hoovered.

Shoddy room where all looked dated. Very average hotel which was expensive by our country’s standar

Breakfast was okay. Coffee not particularly good but the venue overlooking water was pretty.

Being chaged for parking when there was plenty of space. A resort fee that we did not use at all. No access to assess the golf course which was why we chose to,stay here in the first place..

Good all round review of our stsy with Sawgrass Marriott. However the disturbance spoilt our stay.

Breakfast had a good selection of items. Good staff response ovetall. The location of the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa was excellent - romantic and spacious - great for a weekend getaway.

We booked a Villa Suite / King with Nature View. Room # 1744. It was early evening and we decided before we went to dinner in the restiarant we would relax and have drinks on the room balcony. The nature view was wonderful, but unfortunately our romantic setting was ruined by the continual loud noise of a service motor or generator adjacent to our accommodation balcony. This device needs to be housed in a sound proof unit or have the motor sound / noise mechanism vastly reduced as its an obvious nusaince for guests who desire to have just the sounds of nature as surround. Very relaxing stay, will want to book longer stay next time.

The place is beautiful and very well maintained. Lots to do on the property including the awesome spa which is located outside the main building. The bar is excellent also, got 2 free drink coupons at check in.

We had a short two night stay but could have spent the entire week.

So much to do and it is close to shopping if you needed anything. It is a beautiful property as well

Food was mostly cold. Only breakfast and bar food offered. Pool was closed for 2 days during our week-long stay for a convention. All indoor public spaces are much too cold.

The carpet in the villa stepping into the kitchen was all broken away leaving it all open full of food debris and in the bathroom there were cockroaches. Cheap junkie coffee maker, a sign from 2000 Stating that all the knives and forks and dishes and glasses were sanitary but there were none in the room. The only decent thing about it was the bed was comfortable, but for the money that that room cost that was on the level of a 8days Inn and should’ve cost a third of it. There was a day when Marriott was a respected place to stay and was considered to be a nicer hotel. Not anymore.

Passable

The value was not there. I was placed outside of the main building in what I believe is a wood facility. I had to ask to be moved because of the noise level I heard from neighbors. The cost of this room was outrageous for its value.

Excellent location, wonderful facilities.

The breakfast was excellent, the chef even came out and made a vegan breakfast for my father every day. The location to TPC Sawgrass is fantastic and in the main the staff were a credit to the facility.

We had a couple of problems with the air con in our room, the phone not working and no kettle but the front desk sorted this for us after our conversations.

Comfortable

Room was spacious and modern.

Too long to get room key (nearly 2 hours)think that was because we got fed up waiting and went back to check in desk. The lady who said our room wasn’t ready didn’t even acknowledge us. Room wasn’t even cleaned to standard we were expecting, so have no idea why we had to wait so long.
