Definitely will not book this hotel again

I loved the arcade in this hotel, honestly that was probably the best part of the stay

This hotel was not clean, the beds were super uncomfortable. Staff was not welcoming. And the price was very high for the quality

Decent for the price but would look at other hotels for our next stay.

Location was close to the water park.

Room wasn’t serviced or cleaned. Didn’t have enough towels the first night and none the second night. You could hear kids/people running up and down the hall early in the morning and throughout the night.

Unorganized staff and not over friendly or accommodating

The outside picnic area was nice

I called the facility for three weeks before arrival to try and book a small space for a family gathering my voicemails were NEVER returned . Upon arrival the staff said we could not use any space without booking in advance . I noticed a “picnic” area and asked about use of that . The staff member then responded with “oh yes you are welcome to use that” . When asked if there were umbrellas for the tables we were told we had to pay $8 for each umbrella. We made what they had outside work . My husband and I moved outdoor patio furniture around all by ourselves in 80 degree heat. The rooms were subpar. And the breakfast was disgusting. The hotel is connected to a indoor water park that guests get a very small ($2 per person ) discounted rate . The water park also charges for use of towels. I would not recommend staying here . Very over priced for the facilities

horrible

front desk people very rude. The room was dirty other people stuff underneath the heater in the bathroom the fan doesn’t even work, and as far as the pool should have been free, will not stay or recommend to anyone else lol. Very disappointed.

with the amount being paid should’ve been more of a variety of food

Very filthy

We loved the pool.

Our room was filthy. I emailed the motel the night we got there explaining how dirty it was and how I didn't want to leave and lose out on our money but I also had a hard time staying in there for how dirty it was.

Called the resort to attempt to switch from Friday night to Saturday night, was told by the manager that they were booked solid and they couldn't switch nights because there was a wrestling tournament and "everywhere in town was booked" so we accepted our mistake of booking on the wrong night and drove 3+ hours after working 10 hour shifts to make it to our reservation. When we arrived at 10pm not only was the receptionist flat out rude, we were also told that they had gone ahead with the nights being switched. We received no phone call from them or texts saying they were going to switch them for us, otherwise we would have been fine with that and came on Saturday. After we told her our story and how we had driven all this way just to make it to the reservation she basically said not my problem, and offered no accommodations or apologies or anything to make it right. Mind you at this point we were still polite and not upset, we wanted her to have the chance to fix it. We offered to take any type of room they had but they were too booked. Called the Best Western Kelly and had the best customer service AND they had a room AND the prices were cheaper but the rooms and facility also very nice. They also have a really nice pool area with things to play on for your kiddos. 10 stars for Best Western, 0 stars for the crappy customer service and the indifference about their bookings.

It was a comfortable bed after a long trip but not very clean. Location was perfect

Liked the location.

Main concern was The room was not very clean for a $120 a night room. The walls were thin so you could hear everything.

Breakfast was terrible only Cereal and muffins and fruit no warm anything and we were made to leave the pools after water park Closed after told we can swim and use the hot tub after it closes because we stayed at the bighorn resort

Non existent amenities. Great location if you don't mind paying $200 per night for a bed.

Absolutely great location. You really are just a hop and skip to just about everything.

Amenities are terrible here. No coffee or breakfast after 930am. You can not have adults drinks in the pool area. And the continental breakfast was available for only a few hours, with very little to choose from. Considering these rooms were $200 plus a night, I would recommend staying at hotel with a trusted name.
