I felt like I got scammed

Nothing it was small and it was at the very top floor and checking was at 4 that half of the day

Owners, UPDATE YOUR UNIT, WE GUEST PAY FOR IT.

The pool area

The stove had left over pepperoni, the coffee pot had dried up coffee, ice maker did not work, the dishwasher did not work. Furniture was ripped and looked at if came from the thrift store. Our bedding had huge stains on them. I have photos. We did not have any pans I had to go buy some. Our bath clothes sp bad I wasn't sure if they was clean or not even after washing them. The glasses and plates looked as if they needed to presoak, they was very hazey looking. The mold on the shower curtains almost took me out. We as guest pay to many fees, room fee, host fee (whom does nothing) then cleaning fee, all just to get to a unit and it looked like a large motel 6. If I'm paying a luxury price I want a luxury stay. The owners need to update these units more often. If they are relying on the staff to report issues, they are failing. Pillows are old and dingy looking. I mean I know these rooms are used year round but omg, these places need updating. And the threat of having to pay $100 for a plastic band. Ridiculous. This was not a good vacation for me this time. 😕

I had a great family vacation but the shores of Panama needs a very deep deep cleaning.

It’s got a great location and it’s very pretty.

The fact our room had water bugs in 1828. We didn’t have kitchen utensils that we needed to cook. We had sand in our bed and had to wash our sheets. The floors were dirty and I also stayed there in July in room 1824 and it was nasty with water bugs as well. I love the place is the only reason I keep coming back but I am going to take a break and try another stay some where else Unfortunately.

It was a nice location

The pool and room were great. The space in condo was great

The towels were very cheap and thin. It was furnished/decorated with the minimum. Not much seating in the living room and not for lack of space

I am not satisfied at all. & will not return.

Only thing this place has going for it is the pool! THAT IS IT!

The carpet in the room was dirty, ceiling fans had so much dust on them. Toilets had chips in them where it looked like they had stuff just on them. The smell right outside of the room door was terrible! The staff wouldn’t even let you SIT by the pool after 10pm. Even when we were fully clothed and adults!! The elevators were an absolute joke!! That’s where most of your time will be spent. Very unhappy with the price I paid for this stay.

Nightmare from hell!

Location and pool other than your towels confiscated by workers if not in your chairs.

Bed bugs, roaches, no communication between staff, no air conditioner for 2 days, inadequate parking for anything other than car- had to leave property and pay on lot not close to property, 23 floors on each unit and 1 elevator per unit, had to leave drivers license with stranger to receive cart for unloading These are my families complaints. Here’s some from other guest. No shower curtain , two hours to unload, sent handicap person and elderly wife to off property parking, Dad with children went to ocean turned back and they were taking his things. Can you wait til I get my children? Answer no. Army regime on grounds excluding parking deck staff. Everything Wrong with unit reply will be Individually owned. Many family vacations at 64 yes and this was the worst experience I’ve ever known.

It was very pretty and well maintained

The staff was unbelievably rude and I am not sure if it’s because we are younger but it was terrible. zero respect.

Pleasant

Location was great and staff was friendly, amenities were great as well except for the gym.

Workout room was laughable it was tiny and all the resort staff seemed to use these restrooms exclusively a heavy amount of traffic to use the restrooms, also the room was not very well kept up some cracking gyp ceilings, and some damaged areas didn't really fell like a nice resort

We have stayed in this same hotel 5 times in the last 2 years and this has been the worst room condition we have had. Fo

washer & dryer good condition, microwave in good condition, indoor pool and hot tub very nice and well maintained

As soon as we got into the unit it had a bad smell like it had not been vacated in a long time, no table on balcony, curtains were filthy, the couch was very filthy, the cabinet doors were broken and hanging, the outlets only 2 worked in the whole unit, the light bulbs in the living room were burned out, the stove was also very filthy unable to use, the shower and shower curtain looked like it had not been cleaned. The hot tub outside was dirty and not working properly.

Very costly for the number or days and having a non working stove, refrigerator and ROACHES

The Pools and Beach.

Our room was hideous! Roaches, Dryer would not Dry, the Stove would only cook things on the bottom, Refrigerator would not cool, no ice maker/didn't work and had no water line running to THE REFRIG. We barely had enough towels and could not wash them since the dryer would not dry. They sent Maintenance up there and he did nothing to fix any of the problems. I hate to think I spent this amount of money, to have a crappy vacation with my kids. The carpet by the way so was so fifthly in the Living Room. I normally do not write any reviews but this one deserves to let people know what there paying for. In other words, I do not "Recommend" this place. 🤢

location was perfect. view was amazing.

the blinds in our bedroom were broken so people could see in our bedroom especially at night.

For a honeymoon, not the greatest. Staff was rude. Called front desk 5 times , no answer.

Loved the location, loved the pool with it.

Staff was horribly rude. I had my wristband fall off, and had it in my bag, they were very rude about everything. Called front desk several times, no answer, only had 2 towels, the remote didn’t work, wasn’t worth the price I paid but I made the most of it. Thanks.

The stay was good mostly because of the location

The location is very good

Staff. There was no body to answer questions and we got charged a daily fee for cleaning and no one ever went to clean the rooms

the nicest pool in PCB,

The property is set up in a c shape, makes you feel like there is very little privacy. people are constantly hooping and hollering and just seems pretty low class. This particular condo was very basic. toilets had rings because they had not been cleaned well in such a long time. remotes for tvs didn’t work dishes were all dirty, towels looked like shop rags and blinds were busted and not working along with living room curtains not being able to cover the windows. I could go on but I think you get the just of it.
