Lovely beach bungalows

Luxury stay at sunlight resort, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and the beaches and water Bungalows are stunning, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

There was a building site right in front of the main restaurant which was closed due to reconstruction, it would have been great to mention this upfront.

Very good

The warm welcome and superb service from the staff. The concept of conserving the coral reefs and the diverse sea life is highly commendable and admirable. It is always a welcome sight to behold especially upon waking up in the morning. It is very quiet and serene and has a very exclusive ambiance. A great place to commune with nature.

The food was a bit pricey. The island tour hopping needs to meet a minimum number of pax.

Paradise

We loved pretty much everything. It was a slice of paradise. The two beaches were beautiful and the pool was massive and deep and super clean. The restaurant was great with tasty and varied food. You can even buy cigars and premium spirits there! Staff were great and very warm. There were buggys to help you get around the island. Breakfast was awesome also.

WARNING: do not try to get there from El Nido in the same day unless you can catch a flight to Coron! We took the ferry and it was very stressful as we got in late and only just made our transfer as it was getting dark. If coming from El Nido by ferry it may be best to stay on Coron Town the night before or even at the Sunlight hotel in Coron for an easy transfer. A major minus was the lack of communication when arranging the transfer, several calls unanswered and multiple emails ignored! (But once you are there the staff are great). Note we were there late Feb but I heard in April and Dec there are large groups going to island and it can get busy (when we were there in Feb we felt like we had the island to ourselves).

place is private and beautiful. staff are friendly but need more communication trainings and service training. managemen

The garden is well kept and attention to detail around the beach presentation is amazing.

staff were friendly but I think they need more training. customer service and communication wise. service was very slow. on daily basis every time we asked for buggy it’s often late or don’t show up especially when we know that there’s not much guests around. management needs improvement as well as I had incident about my booking and they tried to charge me twice. oh and room doesn’t have any ironing board I guess they want extra money for ironing service. we’ve also asked for daily room service but they never vacuum the floors ( as we did activities daily, floor were sandy). oh and yes they have plenty of restaurants but 70% of the food in the menu isn’t available.

Friendly staff at the resort very helpful but there seemed to be a lack of senior management on view

Was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee After booking our stay I emailed the resort directly to inform them of my travel arrangements to which I got no reply. I also phoned and also no response. On site they encourage you to use WhatsApp but also here the response was very slow. Also there was a coffee machine in the room but no coffee which was disappointing.

it was great but the room has to be properly cleaned. the toiletries must be complete.

It is in the middle of prestine island.

villas are far from the lobby and other amenities. The buggy comes very late.

SETIR is a gem hidden in Coron, Palawan!

amazing Island, great facilities and accommodation and the Sirakan villas - definitely world-class.

food. for the value, food was definitely subpar. also it's a bit far from coron island so the tour was a bit expensive.
