Resort to spread out and it was overpriced for all meals, shops.

There were many pools and beach areas.

Would have liked a buffet as a breakfast option. The property is so big and took at least 15 to walk anywhere even to beach. It was really crowded and compared to Bahamar (which we now prefer) it was way too big and even getting food was difficult. The rooms were dated and could use an update.

Waste of money

The water park and beach

Rude manager. Nothing really works properly at this hotel and the food was just ok. They gave me a room with a broken lock and didn’t want to relocate me to a different room. Had to spend a night in a room I payed for with a broken lock. Was up all night sitting on a chair by the door because I was worried for my child.Toilet keep overflowing and no one comes to fix it until hours later then tell me something is wrong with there sewer.balcony door wouldn’t lock and was told all staff is busy and they will get to it when they can. As you can see in my pictures I had to put a sheet to hold the balcony door my first night there. Second day there maintenance finally came to fix door in those pic and the toilet overflowed

It’s a beautiful property. I wouldn’t stay here just visit for the day before

Coral is a nice alternative to some of the more expensive hotels at Atlantis. The rooms are a litte dated but we had a great view. We were also super close to the coral side pool. Everything is walking distance but it can take up to 30mins to walk to the other side of the property. To get to the royal tower took us probably about 10ish minutes.

The staff is awful here. Very rude. No one smiles. People don’t even say hi to you when you pass them. The bus driver even yelled at me for getting on the wrong bus he said “can’t you read”. This was the on premise shuttle bus. So much different than other Caribbean places I’ve been.

Horrible

It looked cleaned but other than that i can disclose anything else

The staff were rude and didn’t wanna help our situation. We arrived there and explained how our luggages were lost and that we only made our reservation online and I have all the necessary information asked but they staff ( manager) didn’t wanna accommodate us , even though we were coming from far . Long story short .. we had a bad experience and that’s why we decided to book with another ressort .

Beautiful property but over priced

Coral was clean, friendly, and all the inlets with turtles, fish, sharks, and stingrays was fascinating and interesting. Beautiful property to walk and find hidden gems.

Food. No local food restaurants on or near resort. Prices of food and drinks were way over priced.

Not happy with this hotel

The location is very nice

The staff not friendly. We had a very unpleasant situation with the reception staff. We travelled all around the globe and stayed in many hotels but this is not 5* hotel. The quality and service that you at pay for are way huge compared with what you get. Just a small example that probably will help you to understand: for any drink or food ordered inside the hotel be ready to add another %25 extra from the price( so if a beer is $7 on the menu you will pay on the check $10). Why is that not saying from the start, a lot of people not aware about that. Another big issue the hotel have with the credit for beverages and food, don’t buy it, is not worth at all.

Beautiful resort setting and activities

Cost, fees, & having to prepay for food credits with auto gratuities added to my bill. Lost $200 US, that they would not allow to be added onto my rooms charge at checkout. Would have been great if free breakfast could have been offered for part of our stay, considering we were a party of 8, staying in 3 separate rooms, all booked under my name.

Perfect Location and a lot of fun

We loved the location we were right in the heart of all the fun. We walked out on our patio to a beautiful pond and looked to our right to see the beautiful ocean and the pool to the left. Perfect location. We also loved the lobby area alot of action like eatery and Karaoke night. We loved the Waterpark, dolphin Cay and the fitness center too much to do!

The casino slot machines are very rigged, not enough roulette tables at Night time. So crowded you barely get on the table to play. We only got a spot before 7pm the casino a lot smaller than the photos show.

the whole complex is amazing. The Coral is well located and easy to get around from. Liked proximity to Marina Village.

The rooms are dated. The bathroom was okay but dated. it was noisy at night till 11-12. But the beauty of place compensates.

Overall, my stay was fine. I was on island for meetings with customers so I was off property alot.

I thought the staff was very friendly and personable. Always willing to please.

I was disappointed with the Coral in general. The total paid for 2 rooms/2 nights seemed a little high. My shower had one temp (scalding) when I arrived. They did come and fix it by the end of the evening, but it was still temperamental. Several of the pools (although I didn’t actually use them) were around 1-2 feet low on water which seemed odd. It was simply not what I was expecting from the Atlantis Resort, the Coral seemed like a low end resort compared to the rest of the property.

all the pockets of sea life everywhere. beautiful grounds.

very limited food options in the evening unless you booked well in advanced. I felt like staff was only nice unless because they wanted a tip from you.
