(Delivery Fee is based on round trip mileage). First 20 miles = $250 then.... $2 per mile thereafter. Come enjoy a getaway in Mendocino county’s beautiful coastline. Tow away to your desired destination in this perfect family RV trailer bunk house. You'll love camping in this VERY roomy, efficient and comfortable bunkhouse travel trailer that sleeps 8 comfortably with two wide slide outs, and an outdoor kitchen. Living room area has an entertainment system and enough space to hold a family. There is a full size pull out couch / sofa-bed with an overhead console for additional storage. The entertainment system features a bluetooth system with articulating flatscreen TV and AM/FM/CD/DVD player with internal and external speakers. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils, has a burner propane stove and oven range, two-way auto (gas/electric) refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, double sink and drawer, cabinet and pantry storage. The versatile dining area converts to a wrap-around or standard dinette or day lounge or full bed that sleeps two. Sleeping quarters features a VERY spacious separate private bedroom that has lots of storage options and a large dual sliding closet door and a comfortable queen size bed, both sides accompanied with night stands. Featured bedroom also has under bed storage and extra bedding, linens and pillows. A separate children’s bunk room, sleeps up to 3 children or 2 adults comfortably in 2 twin sized bunk beds and a separate loft bed with lighting and closet storage. A second flat screen TV and entertainment system is available for use in the bunk room. Full bath has a standup shower and tub with fan and skylight and a very convenient second door entry for easy bathroom access from the outside when enjoying the outdoor led lit awning area or when using the outdoor kitchen. Camper comes equipped with 14.2 Gal LP tanks. Includes surge protector for 50 amp service with both 30 amp and 15 amp adapters and 50’ extension cord and three way pigtail. Includes City heated freshwater hose, quick disconnect coiled washdown hose, clean out hose and sewer hose with all connections. Outside folding lawn chairs, table and carpet is also included along with leveling blocks and cross chocks which are all located in the mega storage area. Load distribution hitch included with rental. Everything you need to go out and have a nice camping trip or extended stay at a park. We can hitch you up and have you pull away to set up at your suitable location. (Contactless pick up is also available) DELIVERY AVAILABLE THIS FALL!! Campground sites are preferred. No residences. Site MUST be level, large enough to easily accommodate the camper, and within camper tolerances. Please check with the campground to ensure the site is level. We WILL NOT set up on a site that is not level. Please contact owners to discuss site before booking, and if delivery is needed, to ensure availability. Please contact owner at least two days prior to pickup or reservation date to provide information on site details and accommodations. Payment terms: 1 time payment. 100 % of payment due at booking to secure reservation. Additional fees are nonnegotiable. If you desire to pick up and tow trailer to destination yourselves, truck must be capable of towing 8,500 lbs or more and must be equipped with a brake control.
