Good location and that’s about it

Location and balcony

It had a really strong smell that was too much. It was a disinfectant smell that was throughout the whole house and even the pillows and beds when we slept. House could have been a little cleaner as we found rubbish throughout and floors were dirty. Needs a little upgrade to furniture as beds and lounge upstairs were not comfortable. For the price I think you would expect a little more

Great with some reservations.

The position of the Townhouse in regards to the shops was excellent. It was really roomy. Loved the verandah in the late afternoon - excellent for relaxing with nibbles and a glass of wine. Easy parking for car.

Cleaning really was not up to scratch with old sweet papers under bedside table. The stair carpet was really dirty. In the family bathroom was very grotty between shower screen and vanity. Matress cover on 1st bedroom was stained and really grubby. Dishwasher filter was full of cheese and corn. some dirty dishes in cupboards. No batteries in upstairs controls for tv and dvd player. More attention to detail would be the answer to someone having a great time at this property.

Great place for a stay in Port Stephens

Location. It was at walking distance to the shops and close enough to the main beaches. It was large and comfy to accommodate the 7 of us.

There's no wi-fi connection. The rooms upstairs needed air conditioning on hot days. There is air conditioning upstairs in the playroom but the rooms were too hot.

no consumables. tv didn’t have all stations tuned. we don’t own dvds and wouldn’t know where to rent them locally. no up to date information obviously accessible about local area torn pillow case

Perfectly suited for our group- have already booked again!

Great location, perfectly suited for our travelling group (4 adults). Also accommodated for 2 cars parked in driveway (garage access is not available). Downstairs is air-conditioned and has all cooking facilities, laundry facilities, lounge and dining room along with toilet. Upstairs are all bedrooms, bathrooms and an air conditioned living area. Extremely well equipped kitchen (even had cake baking items!). And from a QLD holiday maker - just enough blankets to ensure comfort during our June stay! Managing agent is a WONDER to deal with and service provided my Tomaree linen was exceptional. Previous holidays makers had left some detergents and UHT milks too.

checked in on boxing days and keys were easy to locate. check in and out was a seamless experience. Location was great- a short walk to the salamander bay shopping centre. photos don't do the property justice, it was bigger then expected
