Lovely historic hotel in a beautiful setting. We arrived earlier than the check in time but this was not a problem and we were able to access our room. No kettle in room but one was provided upon request. The staff provided exceptional service. Dinner was a fantastic experience in the restaurant overlooking the waterfall. Would highly recommend.

Everything from the view, the large room, helpful staff, great restaurants (especially Elisa) good location (although you do need to commute a bit but the quiet and peaceful atmosphere is worth it)!
My husband is tall and the bed was a bit short for him although he experienced that other places as well.

The place is very beautiful, and the staff are very kind.
The hotel feels very outdated and belongs to another era. It needs major renovation to meet modern standards.
