Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten von der nächsten Tramstation entfernt. Außerdem liegt sie innerhalb der Free Tram Zone in Melbourne. Sie liegt im 21. Stock und bietet einen dementsprechend tollen Rundumblick. Sie ist für 2 Personen (nicht mehr) gut geeignet, bietet Waschmaschine und Trockner und eine relativ gut ausgestattete Küche.
Der Prozess der Information des Schlüsselcodes bei der Anreise war etwas mühsam und zäh.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon, den wir gerne genutzt hätten, wäre er nicht sehr schmutzig gewesen. Außerdem ließ sich die Balkontüre kaum öffnen, sie ist total verklemmt. Das haben wir sehr bedauert.

Difficult to get a key. I got it only at 7 pm. The owner gave me a wrong code .Extremely dirty place. The pictures of the apartment are absolutely different. It is a view on the roof. Nothing to see! Never again.

Exactly where I wanted to stay with a view of the gorgeous state parliament. Trees. Sky. Loved the kitchen (brought our own coffee plunger) which made it possible to have breakfast before leaving for the day.

The host was available for whatever we needed answered. He was very accommodating.
The photos we saw on booking.com was not true to the view shown in the photos.
It’s a terrible view looking out onto a dirty roof of another building.
The kitchen items need to be improved on. Eg. A bigger frying pan so you can cook for two. Even just a simple breakfast was a small challenge with 1 very small frying pan.
We did not realise that it was an Air BnB. The facilities shown in Booking.com were not available, as this apartment is a residential apartment. It’s quite deceiving.

Great location, very close to the Metro, Trams and Buses. Great cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Probably the best side of Melbourne CBD.

Wonderful location and great views from this very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Ideal for the solo traveller, as everything was so accessible nearby.

I really love this location, in the CBD area and free tramway zone. It's easy to visit around.
This apartment has all the equipment, washing machine and dryer, they even have dish washer and fully kitchen.
They didn't prepare laundry detergent, but you can buy nearby or prepare in advance on your own.
Besides the shower head in the shower is not working very well, I can't find any problem of this apartment.
I love this view of this apartment. I'll definitely come back to stay if I visit Melbourne in the future.

The owner provided me with all the information that I needed to locate the keys and how and where to access the building. It genuinely couldn't have been easier. The communication with the owner was superb

wonderful views of the city. thoughtful host had anticipated our every need down to a shopping bag and a brolly. Very well equipped modern kitchen for cooking and dishwasher for easy clean up. Laundry in the apartment washer/dryer Very comfy bed with beautiful views of the city from bed. Great shower in our 50 days of travel so far this was by far our best accommodation. Host was efficient and businesslike.
