L' appartamento è molto bello e accogliente. Noi abbiamo prenotato il n. 1 e 2 hanno l' ingresso in comune e poi ci sono 3 camere da letto con due bagni. L' acqua era sempre calda e i termosifoni sempre accesi. Materassi comodi, prese e abatjour vicini ai letti. L' appartamento è molto centrale ci ha permesso di visitare Sofia a piedi. A pochi minuti c'è la Lidl e diversi bar dove fare colazione o merende. Io consiglio il green Deli café. La signora Liubka è stata sempre celere nel rispondere ai messaggi, molto simpatica e gentile.

Everything was perfect. The house is really nice, well kept and clean. It's also near Vitosha Boulevard, so lots of shops, bars and things to do. Beds are clean and comfortable, the wifi works really well. The two bathrooms are small but equipped with everything you might need. We will surely come back

There is no real kitchen, just a small electric oven/microwave and a hot plate. But they work well so it's not a real problem!

The location of the house is really good. The rooms are spacious and characterful.

The property was not cleaned when we arrived and we spent two hours waiting after the check in time. There wasn't sufficient hot water for showers. There is no air conditioning and this can be a problem on really hot days.

The front door was very old and unsecured. Also there was smell of dampness in the house.

No real kitchen in property. You need to wash dishes in bathroom. No microwave. You can't lock the apartment from inside, really annoying when you have little children.

Good value and quirky plus close to Metro and amenities . Nice little bar next door with nice staff

Owner/ agent not exactly a communicator, don’t expect a reply quickly, if at all. For example , when you go to a property and the keys are hanging out the lock on arrival in full view of anyone passing , and you send an e mail to let them know, you expect a reply! Even more so after their rather cheeky set of e mail instructions with exclamation marks and highlighted letters all over it , as if it was meant for a child. Other issue was someone banging on front door at 2-3 in the morning on 3 nights out of 4. Granted not a fault of the owner, but also not good , especially if there were lone females or young children in the property. Finally, I’ve got rash on both legs due to mites/ bed bugs after having itch each night in bed. Hate to think how long mattress has been on the bed…

They don't have the parking and the parking that host suggest cost 2 lev per hour, so for full day you will pay 48 lev!!! If you have the car, this apartment not for you. During our stay (2 days), 1 day we didn't have the hot water.
