sehr freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist super gelegen wenn man zum Yas Racetrack möchte
Alles war gut. Allerdings würde ich den nahegelegenen Strand Yas Beach nicht empfehlen.

Von der Ankunft über den Checkin und der freundlichen Hilfe bis zum sehr guten Frühstück, in dem alles dabei ist. Sehr schnelles WLAN für Streaming/VPN geeignet.
Im Fahrstuhl könnte die Rezeption besser ausgeschildert sein. Beim 2. und 3. Mal merkt man sich das jedoch.

We didn’t stay at the property as last year we had a top floor club room and asked for same this year. Arrived after a long travel to find the ground floor reception of the hotel and the 3 top floors closed. The club lounge was in a restaurant with no view and the room offered was not on club floor. We had to move to Crowne Plaza for our stay. Why would the hotel or booking.com not inform us of major renovations I had messaged the hotel 2 weeks before to ask for same room next to lounge and was not told then either. A very stressful and disappointing experience as the hotel was chosen because of the Yas Links views.

1. My patner had a birthday 2 days befor checkin. I asked for any cake or congratulation, but they totally ignored in
2. When I called room service and asked for empty glasses for champaigne, they said they charge 20 AED or so for that which seemed completely unacceptable for me - I have never experienced it in any hotel
3. We had to ask for robes for a few times before they brought them

Nice room with low noise from other rooms which is v important for me. Great view and balcony.

Breakfast was chaotic with far too many people, particularly problematic for a buffet. Seemed to be more people than the hotel capacity. Needs major improvement .
Staff were hassling me to check out despite having paid to extend my stay which said they were unaware of.

The rooms, the horrible was the breakfast the service during the breakfast service was Poor, the breakfast room looks like on the Army camp , the cue for the omelette was about 25 minutes.(ONLY ONE GUY FOR PREPARING , the food VERY POOR Quality.

We did not like the breakfast !not much to choose ! And it’s first time I experienced that if you wanna some cutlery from room service you have to pay for it???!!! Why? Am I buying the cutlery later to take with me ???! It’s really not good at all !!

Breakfast was great. Staff were really helpful. Unfortunately whilst we had access to the Executive Lounge it was closed so we had to get snacks and drinks from the coffee shop in reception but the staff dealt with it well.
The pool was being refurbished whilst we were there but we used the Park Inn pool and it was great.
This is the second time we've stayed with you this year and will definitely be back.
Access to the Executive Lounge. It's nice to sit up there on an evening.

The view in our room is great, seeing the racetrack and the city. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us, and had all the amenities we needed. They provided extra bed for us which was well appreciated. Location of the hotel is close to the theme parks (WB World, Ferrari World) and they also have complimentary bus shuttles to these parks as well as to Yas Mall. Staff were very helpful and they even gave us a free cake to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary!
Location, while close to Yas Island attractions, is actually quite far from other sites in Abu Dhabi (such as Presidential Palace and Grand Mosque). Breakfast options weren't very exciting either.

Staff were so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and there was never any queuing even at the busiest times.
Our room was clean and had a beautiful sea view.
We ate in the Belgian Cafe which was also really nice.
We would definitely stay again.
Disappointed the pool was closed which was not advertised when we booked our room. We were able to use the pools at the Crowne Plaza and the Park Inn instead.

Exceptional in all aspect. Food is great. Room very comfortable with lovely view and balcony. Bathroom is a little not-up-to-the-mark. Otherwise, pretty amazing property. Some of the staff are amazing - Mary at the reception, Lok & Regine at the Executive Lounge & Hasan at the concierge. Keep it up guys. Will definitely come back!
Not much that I can remember, except may be a few not-so-helpful staff interactions. And yes, the bathroom flooring and a few lights not working in the room.
