Location was great for exploring Seville

Some kitchen amenities missing. No dish soap or dish cloth. Cork screw was on last leg

Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, nice terrace, convenient location.

Noisy people in the other apartments, poorly equipped kitchen (although they supplied things when asked), one bathroom was very smelly.

OK location, nicely decorated apartment. We only slept 2 nights and we were not in apartment during day. So cant comment about living for a longer period. It was what we expected!

The walls are probably paper thin, you can hear everybody in building. We heard every neighbour coming home, walking, sleeping... :) (luckily neighbours were quiet during night)

the location was perfect. central without being busy. the apartment was very clean and comfy.

there were no English speaking tv channels, so I would recommend bringing a laptop or iPad if you wish to watch tv.

Excellent location, in the city center, very quiet area, very nice apartment and easy check in. Perfect apartment for families with kids. I highly recommend it

it’s spacious and in a quiet street. having a code instead of a key is handy. communication upfront about it was smooth but don’t be fooled.

one window wouldn’t close, the pots in the kitchen were dirty beyond saving, there were no clean sheets for the sleeping couch. they told me I had to tell them and they would’ve fixed it, but we saw it after midnight when we went to sleep and no way that someone would’ve helped us at that time. so sleeping in dirty sheets it is.. there was an enormous water leakage, large amounts of water was spilling from the ceiling. it started off with some drips but eventually it became a whole stream of water…. looking at the ceiling, it must have happened multiple times before as it was broken and full of fungus. I spend hours trying to contact the owner via different ways but nobody answered. it was a dangerous situation, because at some point I wasn’t sure if the ceiling would even hold it. you could see water “bubbles” forming in the ceiling and the floor also became unstable at some point. we could not use the bathroom anymore. finally I managed to get in contact with someone but they would only send someone the next day! we didn’t see anyone the whole morning and left immediately after breakfast. I contacted them later about it and got an impolite reply saying that they fixed it in those 30 minutes we were out for breakfast. literally impossible to fix a leak in that time. I find it unacceptable there are people that willingly rent out properties that are this unsafe, then do absolutely nothing about and on top of that are impolite about it. and gaslighting your guests, unbelievable.

the property was spectacular… felt extremely comfortable, spacious, clean, well designed … a marvellous surprise

the online checking in process was very fraught and emails were incessant which created some persistent stress. too much automation. the checking in website needs an overhaul. poor English, very user unfriendly. Soured the general experience. The moment human contact was made, everything was ok and superbly dealt with. Perhaps it’s my generation, but please never make it entirely automated and please don’t make it difficult to find how to speak to someone.

Fairly close to city center, very clean, comfortable pillows and bed, has everything we needed.

Need to provide more soap.

Great location. Very spacious apartment.

There could be more space in form of drawers and wardrobes to store personal thongs and clothing. The bedsite table and the bathroom could also have some drawers. Anything else was perfect.
