Neue Besitzer, neue Möbel, neue Betten, neue Küchengeräte, im Juni 2019 komplett renoviert und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Dieses fantastische Strandhaus bietet 4 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Ein King-Schlafzimmer und 3 Queen-Schlafzimmer. Zwei Badezimmer auf der Hauptebene, eines mit ebenerdiger Dusche, das andere mit Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination. Familienbonuszimmer im Obergeschoss mit Meerblick, Sofa und Stühlen, Spieltisch und Kabel-TV. Das 5. Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über 4 Einzelbetten und ein WC im Obergeschoss. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über einen TV / DVD-Player. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler sowie ein Esszimmer, das sich direkt neben der Küche befindet. Der Hof bietet viel Platz zum Spielen, Grillen oder zum Tischtennisspielen im Untergeschoss mit Fenstern und Tür zum Hinterhof. Rauchen und Haustiere sind in diesem makellosen und süßen Haus nicht gestattet. Parkplatz für 3 Autos zwei durchschnittlich und eine kompakte

This is a well maintained property one block from the Prom.
We spend Thanksgiving at the beach. This is the first home we have found that has seating at the dining table for everyone. There were beds for everyone and the single members of our party didn't have to share a bed.
I would definitely return to this house.

The house states it was remodeled in 2019, it surely did not look like it. The house had an old musty smell to it. The property stated we could park in the garage however there was a note on garage door downstairs stating no parking in the garage. House very outdated.

great house, Should not say ocean view when its only a tiny section form upstairs that can be seen, very misleading. More that 1 fan should be provided especially when the house has been closed and it has no air. Houise very well equipped. enjoyed our stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend stay. There was tons for our kids to do ajd stay busy while allowing down time for is parents. The arcade in the loft with the large TV was a unique feature and kept rhe little ones busy. Also, it was great to be able to walk on the promenade to downtown seaside where all the action was while leaving our cars parked at the house.

We loved the location of this house, just a block off the beach and close to the walkway into town. The house was comfortable and had a great assortment of games (video games included) to keep the young ones entertained on the rainy days.

This was a nice home for the value. Clean and well stocked. The firepit is nice. We enjoyed it while waiting to ring in the new year. The only complaint was the barbeque had no propane tank and was in desperate need of a good cleaning. I would recommend this house to others!

Loved this place! There was lots of room for me and my family beds are so comfortable! Everything was clean! Kitchen had everything you need to cook your meals! Erin, the host is so helpful, very patient she is a wonderful person to work with! And we have worked with her for two years Thank you, Erin we will stay again, We had a wonderful time in Seaside will be back! The Dickerson's

This is a great house. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, a short drive to downtown and had a great little fire pit out front to roast marshmallows as a family. Plenty of room. We will be back.

We had a fabulous time at this house. Loved the location and layout. Everything was A+. Communication with property manager was A+ as well. The arcade games were the icing on the cake! One of the best rentals I've stayed at in awhile. Thanks!

The property was spacious, easy to access, ^ excellent location for walking to the beach. There were 9 of us, & we had an excellent time. The one place where improvement is needed is in the kitchen on the inside shelves. Otherwise, we were very happy

Was a fast easy experience. Price was great compared to other places and the home was beautiful. House was 2 mins from the beach. Kids and hubby loved the arcade games upstairs. The jacuzzi was great after a day of walking. Absolutely zero complaints and we’re already planning on making this a yearly thing at this house because it was such a great experience.

Good location and nice amenities. Love the arcade. Just 1 stuck button on 1 of them. Also has a firepit that was not listed. Propane was almost empty when we used it.

I wish the bedrooms had black out curtains. During the summer it gets dark after 8pm, and bright around 6am. But that's a minor thing - we were able to put some blankets up to help with naps etc.
