VERY nice hotel to stay in

The room was very comfortable. Having everything controlled from one point is a very clever idea.

Lack of refreshment facilities in the room meant that I had to go downstairs to pay for a hot drink in order to take my medication. Not an ideal situation.

I wont return there

Room was more basic than I had expected. The bed is up against the window so cant walk around it. Expensive for the room. Great views from 7th floor bar area

It was like living in a caravan for two days

The location was superb near the tube line and the view of the Tower of London was amazing

The rooms were tiny - it was like sleeping in a caravan! The bed was wedged between three walls so could only get out at feet end. The bathroom was in the bedroom right next to the bed and the sink was outside the bathroom. There was no privacy, with glass cubicle for shower and toilet and a flimsy net curtain Worst of all there were no tea and coffee making facilities- abysmal

Fabulous modern hotel with lovely roof bar. Very comfortable beds, very clean. Great location and good transport links.

The room was too small. The bed was very large but was against the wall meaning one person had to climb over the other to get out of the bed. Very high tec lighting system which was silly as you could not turn on the bathroom light without illuminating the whole bedroom which during the night.

Rundum super Hotel für Städtetrip

Das Hotel hat eine absolut super Lage. Die direkt anliegende U-Bahn Station ist die perfekte Verbindung in alle Bereiche Londons. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und waren zufrieden. Es ist wirklich klein aber fürs Schlafen und die wichtigsten Dinge wie Duschen und Zähneputzen völlig ausreichend. Die Spielerei mit dem Licht ist eine angenehme Sache, es macht das Zimmer noch stillvoller und lässt es somit im individuellen Glanz erscheinen. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar und ausgezeichnet! Volle 5 Sterne. Der Check-In und Check-Out ist absolut unkompliziert am Terminal machbar. Das Personal ist immer für Fragen greifbar und sehr freundlich. Highlight ist die Bar im 7. Stock mit wundervollem Ausblick auf London.

Le chauffage réglable par tablette n’avait pas l’air de fonctionner. Juste petit stut l’évier était en dehors de la salle de bain. Pas très pratique

Heart of The City. Relaxed hotel with great lounges & modern pod rooms.

Love the lounges. Great shower & very comfortable bed with the lovely lighting moods. The roof top. Ar is spectacular!

Always Enjoy staying here

Excellent vibe to it Great lounge /dining area . Great view from the bar on top floor Great breakfast and coffee. 50 metres from Tower Hill tube so easy to go anywhere in London 5 minute walk and you are on Tower Bridge

Pity drinks are so expensive for the bar/lounge on top floor Should at least offer some reasonably priced beer. !

Super Lage. Frühstück mega lecker. Rooftopbar unschlagbar

Zimmer sehr klein aber mega praktisch. Für alte Menschen sicher schwierig. Bad sehr hellhörig. Man solte nur zimmer mit Blick nach draußen nehmen. Fenster nicht zum öffnen aber Klimaanlage ok.

Jewel in Tower Hill's Crown

I love the simplicity of the rooms - so well designed and extremely comfortable. The bed is divine! Great buffet breakfast.

Wish there could be tea coffee making facilities in the room but the fabulous bar/drinks area downstairs more than makes up for it.

perfect location

the perfect Location, the comfortable bed, the personnel, the facilities, the breakfast, the bar at te last floor. I recommend you to book the room with the view to the Tower of London

the cleaning lady came only after 3 days to clean the room. while I understand there was no need change the towels and make the bed daily, I would have expected to come and empty the trash bin. however, the room was clean when we arrived.
