Great location, clean, very warm and cozy, helpful host

Sometimes water was draining between the bathtub and the wall due to poor sealing.

Wery comfortable apartment. Victorian owner. Car parking, cleanness . Warm, due to January month.

The location is good - a few steps from the metro station James Bouchier. The owner is very polite, he waited for us at midnight to hand the keys. Communication with him was excellent.

However. In the day of arrival the owner sent us to a different flat, as the parking of this one was not available. The apartment was too big and the quality was worse than the one we booked. We had horrible view from the window - to an ugly construction site. The dish washer was not working. The car lift broke on the second day, which completely failed our plans for the day. There are no sockets in the bathroom - strange. But the host did give a discount for the parking due to what happened. Overall - good host but I would not visit again this apartment. And I do not appreciate last minute changes.

Everything was perfect

Clean, well maintained apartment, with a very attentive and accommodating host. The owner of the apartment met us at the airport and drive us to the apartment.

Good location, parking, big rooms with all necessary devices.

Nikolai is a great host who went out of his way to help us with any of our needs. On the check out day he collected our bags, took them to a different location as the apartment we stayed in was being cleaned and brought them back at 4p.m. so we can collect them before going to the airport. No extra charge, only smiles! The apartment is very big, in a great neighborhood full of restaurants and shops. Coming back 100%!

There were a lot of towels provided, the owner was very kind and quick to respond, and they offered to clean midway through our trip.

There was too much furniture for the space in the main living room and there were not enough cooking amenities (could use a baking sheet, more pot/pan options.

Very spacious and clean apartment, quite zone, kitchen was full equipped, near Belgium Embassy, near Metro and park zone

Spacious, well equipped apartman very close to the metro station located in a nice neighboorhood of Sofia.

No problems, nothing to complain about. :-)
