The property was located in a nice area. The residents in the Barefoot Area were friendly and welcoming. The afterhours check in process was easy to follow. The property management staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service

The condo was not clean. There was blood on the maser Bed sheets and comforter. The master shower had dirt and grime build up, the kitchen had crumbs that had not ben swept. There were also fruit flies flying in the kitchen upon arrival. The counters ad fridge had a sticky substance and had not been cleaned. There was food under the beds in the other 2 bedrooms as well as the 2nd bathroom shower curtain was filthy. I mean filthy. My family felt uncomfortable sleeping on the linen so we had to purchase our own linen. I called the property manger to share my concern. They immediately addressed it by sending housekeeping to fix the issues. When the housekeeping staff arrived they had an attitude. I observed them discussing among themselves that there was no blood on the sheets. Once they saw me looking they quickly changed their disposition. I had to ask one housekeeper to not clean the kitchen with the same towel she cleaned the restroom. We were never able to get comfortable. We paid over $2000 to stay at this property. We should have been refunded part of fees.
