Nice home and location. Master bed/bath is enormous. Outside pool and patio is also very nice. Unfortunately it was cold in Phoenix when we stayed so couldn’t enjoy it as much. Pool was definitely heated. Not having a thermostat was a bummer as the temp in the house was cold. We did ask Naveen to turn the temp up, which he did the first day but it stayed cold throughout the stay. Pool table was fun! Wish there were a bit more seating in the family room. Overall not perfect but a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our Christmas holiday.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed both the pool table indoors and the pool outdoors. Very spacious accommodations. Naveen, the property manager was very prompt with communications. Highly recommend.

This property is very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had ample equipment for everything we needed. The pool was very nice. The fountain was not on when we got there, however, after contacting the owner, it was turned on immediately. My one drawback was the master bed. When I pulled back the blankets, the sheets seemed lumpy. This caused me to inspect them further. They looked stained, so I pulled them off the bed to be washed. At that point I found the mattress pad to not be put on the mattress properly– one corner was completely off. This made me question as to whether or not the sheets had actually been changed. However, as I said, I washed the sheets and we got on with our stay. I would recommend this property.

We enjoyed 6 weeks at this property and it was close to Keirland and lots of restaurants etc. The house comes with so many extras: pool table which we used a lot with our adult kids. Putting green (my husband loved). Heated pool (which we didnt use much because the weather was unseasonably cool and the pool wasn't very warm becasue cover was off....definitely needs new pool cover. This one was tattered and old. **Waterfall fountain was so peaceful when we were in the backyard. **The basketball hoop game was not used and I felt should be removed to give more room in the backyard --- kind of crowded with all the stuff.
Kitchen had most everything you'd want, including a countertop ice maker. The high top table in kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch and games at night.
Beds were comfy. Needed access to more bathroom and kitchen towels, as well as pool towels. A few were provided but had to ask for more.
Was awesome to have garage access since we had a long stay.
Naveen was quick to respond when we had any issues. We had a problem with no hot water, and he stayed on top if it until the problem was resolved. He was kind, honest and helpful.
Master bedroom was huge and master bath was awesome. Everything was very clean. We would for sure recommend this place to others.

We were in Phoenix for a wedding and spent 5 wonderful nights here! It has a resort feel to it! Naveen was very responsive and if in PHX again we will definitely stay here!

This property accommodated our family's need for two rooms with king beds and one with a queen bed. The weather was too cold to use the pool. It would be ideal if the owner could install a hot tub as a complement to the pool.

We had an amazing stay with friends at this beautiful property. Well equipped with all our needs met. Lots of activities to keep us entertained. Everything about this property was great—communication was so easy and everything was great. The pool was very nice and perfect for what we were hoping for. Definitely recommend.

We had a really great time. The only one issue we had was the kitchen area was much warmer than the rest of the house. Seems like the air conditioner doesn’t cool the kitchen sufficiently.

This made us a little nervous with us not having all of our information getting on a plane.

This house was perfect for us. Prob about 15 min from old Scottsdale, and 15 from Gray Hawk golf course. The house is beautiful and has everything you would want. The pool was amazing.

The house is beautiful, well stocked, very comfy beds and the backyard is amazing with lush flower bushes and palm trees around the pool. Our entire family (teens, young adults and parents) had a great time during our stay at this amazing property! Checking in and out was a breeze and owner very easy to communicate with. We will return!

The home was a perfect setting to host our family spring vacation. There were many activities for us to enjoy throughout the day and evening. We especially enjoyed having meals together on the lanai and swimming in the pool. Naveen was very responsive in getting back to us with any questions we had. Truly a delightful retreat and we look forward to returning.

When I communicated that to the host (and offered to pay more to heat the pool) my request was avoided and instead I was told the waterfall would be turned off to possibly warm the pool up. That was not done, even after letting them know it was still running. We ended up getting resort passes at a hotel where our daughter could swim and the water and the experience was much better. We probably won't stay at this property again, not worth the money.

Stayed here for about 8 weeks this winter. Central location. Had all the things we needed for our extended stay. Owner available for questions whenever we needed. Nice backyard pool.

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. The house had a nice pool with waterfall, pool table, ping pong, jenga and every game you could think of . Navreem was easy to communicate with and always answered any questions.
