location was great. Right in the heart of Vancouver. Walking distance from most of interesting places/
King Bed was phenomenal
Room spacious and comfortable.
View from the room was disappointing, because they were working on the PC shopping center right opposite the window.
Looking out the window, the cement wall of the hotel. I thought it might be a good idea to paint it in some lovely paint

Great location. In walking distance to many sights. There are lots of restaurants close by.

Location. Staff excellent and friendly.
Bathrooms could do with update. No lighting options except full light. Coffee machine poor. No USB ports.

The bed was to soft, we're used to a harder mattress. The price for one night was ridiculous.
For retired people and the amount of time we spent there is not worth the money.
