Room was nearby excellent pool and hot tub. Restaurant had nice options and high quality service. Very attentive staff. Room had high-quality finishings and was immaculate.

Parking situation was ever-so-slightly confusing, but they account for this with helpful instructions. Food portion on the smaller side, at least to my American sensibilities ;)

The room was lovely and clean and the hotel was in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. We had a package delivered to us prior to arrival and the staff held on to it safely for us until we got there.

Not so a much a 'didn't like', but it would be good to have the option of a less thick pillow. I found the ones on the bed a bit too thick and propped my neck up if I laid on them properly. Not a big deal though.

We had a lovely stay at L'Hermitage. First and foremost - amazing bed. So comfortable and I haven't slept that well in a long time. The staff were efficient and friendly and the atmosphere and location were great too. Loved the lap pool. We had a very happy stay, would return and highly recommend the hotel.

The room service was fast and friendly, but the quality of the desserts we ordered was underwhelming. The molten lava cake was not fresh and seemed as if it had been reheated in a microwave. However, the vanilla ice cream that came with it was delicious.

It was a smaller hotel. Lovely. Personal. Terrific staff. Nice pool. Amazing king suite.

Love this hotel, it’s absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms are beautiful and clean the beds are luxurious and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and spotless. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and sports/concert venues. We love the pool, hot tub and steam to recharge and unwind. The incredible helpful and kind staff are the added reason why we always choose this hotel when staying in Vancouver. :)

There is nothing we don’t love about L’Heritage

The property is well-placed (sky train 2 blocks away) & well-maintained. The pool looked beautiful, wish I’d had a chance to use it!! Staff was very professional.

They suite itself was a little sparse, and not very cozy. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast/restaurant hours & wish they would make breakfast available before 7:00am.

Das Personal war sehr freundliche und konnte uns jede Frage beantworten. Super Tipps bezüglich Restaurants. Es war schön, dass es einen beheizten Pool und Whirlpool gab. Das Fitnessstudio hatte eine gute Größe und Ausststattung.

Es gab nicht genügend Sitzplätze und Stauraum im Zimmer. Die Bettdecke war cringe.
